This location is near Baton Rouge Community College. It always appears busy, but seems to be short staff. I no longer see the 'hiring' flag that waved in front of this location, for a long time. At this visit, the wait time to order was extremely long considering a fast food restaurant. The time taken to receive order was not as long of time. The food was hot. I normally just go for the Big Mac while my company chose the number seven. I have visited this location in the past and maybe posted a review regarding the preemployment experience.

12-23-24 @ 9pm waited in drive-thu for 15 minutes with several other cars and no one came to the ordering speaker to address customers. Left after 15 minutes and went to WhatABuger. In and out in 10 mins with several customers ahead of me.

I bought a big breakfast with steak no hot cakes, the eggs were the only thing hot on the plate the steak was so dry and cold must have been cooked earlier this morning like way earlier cold biscuit cold butter not a good morning it is.

The food at this location is always hot and fresh. I'm always greeted upon entering. When I go through drive thru, it's not too long if I wait even during peak times. One thing I have noticed is that the employees are not new every other week. They have good, consistent workers. I will go to this location before going to the one that's right down the street from my house!

I asked for my food to be made to order and they gave me stale fries and food that’s been clearly sitting on those heat racks for a while. I don’t know what the manager’s issue is but he became extremely irate with me and told me either I take the food or get a refund. Such a shame that they’d do that. Would not recommend.

From management on down is very rude disrespectful. Couldn’t place an order because an employee was very rude and didn’t wont to take my daughter’s order. Manager now is Joy she found everything funny laughing and playing with crew instead of taking care the guest.
This is very sad because every time I come to this location it’s the same thing. Management playing with crew instead of focusing on guest and team members have the nastiest attitudes
