Had a Horrible experience with the manager Dylan 7 am on 11/24 he was not able to help me with my order it was an easy fix and it was due to an issue with the app but instead of fixing it he told me I had to wait when I've been waiting in line . It seemed like he couldn't comprehend what I was saying and chose not to help me with this matter. 0/10 he even tried to say I was using the same account and I showed him the name on the account and still refused to assist ... DO NOT COME HERE IN THE MORNING . FYI im traveling from NC hungry and tired from driving .....

We first drove up to the drive through and no one acknowledged us or responded to our hello’s. Went inside and told the lady I did not think the drive through intercom worked & they lady did not respond. I asked for water and they said they did not have any. If they were at least pleasant I would have given a higher review.

I came here last night to pick up my mobile order and when I came to the speaker , I was asked if I was using my app and when i answered, no one said anything so I sat there for 20 minutes & still no one came. I went to the 2nd window and whoever the manager was, she asked what I had and I had to wait even longer for someone to give me my food. The fries were overcooked and hard , I was very unsatisfied. I never had to wait that long for a mobile order . I would like a refund.

Why? Waste your time going to a place to get something they'd never have ice cream machine. Always down every time I go there and I don't want to be down, let often every time I go there, the machine's down so I don't waste my time anymore, don't waste yours. How can a company that make so much money can't keep an ice cream machine. Working.

Miss Diana I love you. Your customer service was amazing. The food was also great. I walked in and went to order at one of the screens and Miss Diana offered to take my order. I didn’t know what I wanted so i told her i just needed a sec and i wanted to look over the menu and that was no problem for her. After i ordered, she took the extra step to ask if i wanted any ketchup on the tray with my food. I was starting to pick up and she noticed i didn’t eat everything. she then asked if i was full and if i wanted a bag for my extra food. Miss Diana you didn’t have to do any of this but since you are a good person, you did. THANK YOU! Love, Tate

The only positive experience was the young lady at the drive thru mic.. there was no one in line before or after me.. we waited about 20mins for our food.. after such a long wait, i expected the food to be fresh, only to get burgers that were so hard you can hear them when we tap it on the table..people work hard for their money.. I’m sure they wouldn’t even eat the crap they just gave to my kids. Im a pastor, so i usually don’t talk like this but it’s not right. Do better

I would avoid it. My work group just stopped here because we were short on time. Staff was apathetic and slow. On top of that only one kiosk was online. Food was about as you would expect from a McD however they screwed up my order in my favor adding a free egg on my sausage muffin.
