edit: went today and service was ridiculous. food was cold and could not refund me my purchase i made via the app (didn't have ice cream but shows they do via app). I'll spend my coins at another mcdonald's vs wasting my time here

Pull up and ordered a quarter pounder meal and she said I quote " you know breakfast is over" which I responded I ordered the quarter pounder meal with a sprite which she replied oh okay. Then after I paid , mind you no one in front of me asked me to pull into slot # 1 and my meal would be right out no one behind me so ....Why???? đ
Literally one of the worst McDonald's experiences. There was one customer in the lobby, one car in the drive through. Took 15 min to get a bacon quarter pounder meal. But... no bacon. Bottom bun was hard as a rock. The rea of the food was fine. Sink in the restroom was filthy. There were NO clean tables, and many of the seats were just gross and not cleaned all day apparently. I didn't bother getting my bacon and a replacement bun... whatever. Just wanted out at that point. Tried to get a quick bite. McDonald's is usually pretty reliable even though not my first choice for fast food. Avoid this one, especially if in a hurry.

Hands down all ten this is the best McDonaldâs in Baton Rouge i would pass up the ones closer to me just to come to this one burger was juicy had a little seasoning on it fries was crispy brown fried in fresh grease the apple pie was so fresh and so delicious the soft drink was delicious I had a coke when I say I didnât taste no water in the drink omg thatâs what I mean the service was amazing staff was awesome i was very pleased with spending my money!I love it here . Iâm Loving IT

I was in line so long today I was able to take advantage of two app rewards. That means I was there in line for 15 minutes. I hadn't even paid for my first order from the kiosk before I was able to put my next reward. The employees themselves were hustling but they're understaffed and that needs to be fixed immediately this is my third time trying this location I won't be back for a while
Nice quiet for me and the kids we were doing Landry and got hungry so we walked to Mcdonald not to far from the laundry

If you guys are going to use Uber eats then you could have atleast made sure your orders are packed with a receipt attached to it so ppl know what orders they are taking. I ordered 2 burgers with the bogo medium fries and I recieved a order that contained cold dry fries and 5 10piece chicken nuggets along with a sprite that all the ice melted in and a dry big mac.. total bullshit and it will be a cold day in hell b4 I order from this location again
