My family and I decided on McDonald's for supper last night because I just got off of work and I was tired. I placed and order that was almost $60.00. They were fully staffed and still took over 25 minutes delivering my food. The first order was made incorrectly (including the drink I ordered). So I had to drive back around (because the inside was closed) and I let them know that they messed up my order and I needed it fixed. They told me to drive around. I drove back around and let them know. She had an attitude and ask me what was wrong with it? I told her I order Double cheeseburgers not regular hamburgers and there's onions on my BBQ sandwich and I asked for no onions so she gave me a look but she took the food that they messed up and told me to pull forward. I preceded to wait another 20 or so minutes. Finally I stopped a worker and asked her what was taking so long with 3 double cheeseburgers? When they have already waited and sent on at least half a dozen other people. Finally the woman comes back with my food and burgers are correct but still onions are on my BBQ patty. At this point, I'm know pissed. Now the rest of my food is cold, including my fries. Who eats cold fries. Better yet... Who wants to spend 60 bucks and eat the food cold?? This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been too. Just shameful. I work hard for my money and a lot of it went to waste last night because of the staff at this location!!

Every-time I come there it’s a problem just the other day they pulled me to the next window.. then they forgot about me ….so when I walk in ask the manager about my food she go so oh baby I’m on break well excuse me are you one of mangers at that time it was 2 working then …the other manager with light bald spot on the side of her head so unprofessional thats one of the reason the line don’t move because she always in the parking lot smoking marijuana or Cigarettes and here we get mad at the employees but it’s really management.. suppose to lead by example

Whoever the heavy lady is with the gold in her mouth Nov 5 at night is very rude. First she closes the window in my face as I’m asking a question. Then her demeanor was very dismissive and rude when she answered.
There’s an hour and 15 mins left til closing and no customers besides me. Needs a new job or some anger management classes if a 2 second exchange of word was too much.

It takes a long time for someone to walk up and take your order plus an employee went to the restroom with his apron on and back behind the counter to work with that same apron on. Food was wrong and cold

Had a mobile order they gave it out then questioned me like I’m lying about my order then realized they gave it out then I waited 30 mins just for them to make my order poor customer service management is horrible!!

The night shift really needs to work on time management. I waited for 45 minutes, and during that time, approximately 15 cars drove off due to the long wait. This kind of delay is unacceptable and clearly affects both customer satisfaction and business.

Most of the employees were nice if you spoke to them first. We waited 20-30 minutes for our food. It then made us sick! It was the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever visited. The Glass case display had greasy fingerprints all over it, as did all of the screens. Bathroom was filthy. All I can say is it is really best to skip this location and go down the road to find another McDonald's. I promise the extra time waiting to eat will be worth it!

Drive thru nightmare!!!. The first issue is the ignorance of the people that go there, so the outside line needs a permanent barrier or at least instruction lines that are easy to follow. you have a content block entrance. The person taking the orders never know which order to switch to so one line stays full while they other side is put on hold. If you go inside you better know how to use that kiosk because no one is coming to take your order. The staff is nice but they need to take my order.

THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME & i have receipts i constantly asked for pickles on my cheeseburgers wait for over than 25 mins just for 1 order 😩 im very upset i want my damn pickles !!
