Ordered an iced coffee that took 26 mins to receive! Had to get out of the curbside to go through drive thur and met the first rude worker who sent me to window two, wasting another eight mins and dealing with rude worker two! Asked for manager, "Oh he busy"! Saw him outside with someone smoking, then again at window one! Better wages, why?? No customers, no need for wages!

I visit here frequently. Seems like it depends on day and time of day you visit here that you will get hot food and fast service. For the past couple of weeks I have visited 6 times after 4pm. Sitting at the speaker takes patience as the line grows into the street. You might be thinking well maybe there busy until you pull around and are the only car at the window. With a line waiting to order to the street

I went today around 7:30 am the morning managers attitude is absolutely horrible along with the staff! I ordered 2 pancake meals with 2 orange juices. She only hands me one orange juice. Then proceeded to go back and forth about what I ordered. Asking for a receipt that I never got. I paid almost $14 give me the damn orange juice!!! It’s not that serious, choosing to argue instead of instantly fixing the issue is ridiculous! By the way the food was cold!
