I came here to pick up a mobile order, but once I got to the drive through I was at the speaker for 15 minutes waiting for a response. Once they finally replied I pulled forward to the window and they told me to pull around to curbside pick up. I then waited there for 15 more minutes for my food. The whole time they didn’t say any “sorry for the wait” and acted like it was completely normal. If anything they were a little rude, even though I was still very friendly. And when I got home I saw that the order was missing its fries. Absolutely unacceptable at that point I’d just go to a diner and spend the same amount of money.

I haven't eaten at this McDonald in a while. I used the kiosk upfront to place order. It was very easy to do. I order my number 1 favorite meal of all times! The Big Mac meal. Price was good. This placed was a little behind on cleaning the tables. Me and others had to walk around and pick fom the least most clean. This was a little busy.

The past four times I’ve gone through the drive through at this location, they’ve forced me to exit the drive through and wait at the front of the store for my food to be run out to me. I take issue with this because it’s obvious they are trying to forge their drive through times and once I’m out of the drive through, who knows how long they take to bring out my order. I also can’t tell them I’d rather stay in the drive through out of fear of retaliation.

This is just an observation as it’s obvious the management is ineffective and fraudulent to allow this practice to continue unchecked.

The drive up times are there for a reason, to ensure customers are getting their food in a timely manner. Bypassing this system is just a quick fix and doesn’t address the issue. Either the time targets are too ambitious, or there is an issue with the work force. Likely the latter.

Regardless, if your drive up times look decent. They’re falsified. Management needs to do better.

I don't know if this is a training store. But the service is one of the worst you will come across even for fast food. 2 people eating in the restaurant, 2 cars in drive thru and 4 people standing in line. I went in. It took 7 mins to take my order and I waited 26 mins for my order. Steak, egg/cheese biscuit and coffee. It was more staff than waiting and eating customers. My sandwich was still cold and the eggs literally looked dirty. The dining area was a mess. The worst part was that the staff didn't move with any urgency. I know you get what you pay for. But I didn't pay for bad food and bad service. ESPECIALLY if you are traveling, I would NOT recommend this store. This was in Baton Rouge, btw. 🥴

I would give 0/5 if I could. This is the worst McDonald's in Baton Rouge. This morning I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and only one person had their order taken. People had to backup to get out of the drive-thru lanes so we wouldn't be late for work. The food here is consistently of poor quality and the service is nonexistant. I'm done with McDonald's.

Doesn’t pay employees a living wage. Frostop down the street gives you twice the food for half the price no wait time, taste better and it’s not frozen and shipped in. Support local and get real food.pic is of 9 dollar meal at frostop. Includes a drink.

Everyone at this location looks and acts like they hate their job. My friends and I were looking for a nice, quick and cheap meal after a long weekend. We ordered at a kiosk and waited for food to be brought to our table. That's fine, that's normal business, but the problem started when the little girl that brought our food all but threw our bags at us. We, then, had to wait thirty minutes at the counter to get service because they forgot our drinks. We were purposefully ignored while other workers chitchatted with their little friends. To make matters worse, my order was made incorrectly. I spent money for my food to be made to my specifications and it was wrong.

Even worse than that, there was a man with his little boy who came out of the men's restroom and he told a manager that one of the workers was pleasuring himself in the restroom with loud porn on his phone. My friends and I quickly packed up our food and left after that.

This location is absolutely horrendous and needs a complete overhaul of staff and procedure. This review is coming from a former McDonald's Shift Manager. I will be calling corporate about this location at my earliest convenience.

Absolutely the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, we went for the monopoly pieces and got non had to go ask and they gave us the empty boxes with the monopoly game on them. The food was horrible but not as bad as the service, the cashier was smoking at the door let us in and took our order. Very unsanitary. I won’t be back !!!

I went to this one a Wednesday around 6:15pm . I literally walked in and walked out lol . I think I waited like maybe a minute and some seconds . Mind you I had just did a mobile order right before I walked in so I was expecting to wait. It wasn’t even 2 minutes and they was handing me my food . I’m not exaggerating!

I was in the drive line from 7:10am to 7:25am and still no food! First, it took forever for someone to take my order then when I pull up to the 1st window noone was there. I waited and waited then eventually pulled up to the 2nd window to ask them if I could pay bc noone was at the 1st window to take my order. The lady told me no. I just canceled the order bc I had to be at work for 7:30am a total waste of my morning. Don't worry about me coming back bc this is unacceptable.
