Quite literally the worst McDonald’s in Baton Rouge. If you go in person, the staff is not friendly or kind in any way and you’re lucky if you get hot food. If you order online from here, either expect your order to be missing a couple items or expect that they will straight up just cancel your order for no reason. I understand you can’t demand much from someone who works at McDonald’s but this specific McDonald’s is an absolute disgrace to the city of Baton Rouge.

I came at 12:15 pm on a Monday. I Waited 45 mins for a mobile order I waited 10 mins to come pick up. One drink, two fries, and a double quarter pounder and I watched them hand out 22 orders before me. Some to people who placed an order at the counter. I asked for my order after waiting 30 mins and still had to wait for my order to be prepared. Do not come to this location, you will always wait outrageous times for food even if the orders are placed ahead pf time.

Just ordered through Uber eats! They had my driver wait an extra fifteen minutes just to give me warm fries and stale nuggets! I tend to try to be easy on fast food workers but man come on people don't want to eat cold stale food!
Zero stars. The only thing good about this place is the person taking the orders at the drive through in the morning. The food and drinks are horrible. Do your job and satisfy the customer. Rude.

We usually go to McDonald’s and I never really put any bad ratings but this place just NO ! I’m not sure if the lady in blue was the manager bc other employees had the same shirt and I didn’t get her name but she was outstanding as for the other employees we had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and that our order was wrong! We asked other employees for help and kindly said excuse me over 10 times and they decided to ignore us! There was a line forming and nobody helped. As one of the employees asked us what was wrong we told her and we thought she was helping us and WRONG she ignored the entire situation ? we are traveling and trying to get places on a certain time but thank you to that one manager for being kind and even though she was extremely busy she still took time to help us!
