VERY VERY VERY RUDE. Got MY order wrong and had the audacity to have an attitude with me! I simply asked for a hot a spicy plain add cheese and bacon. I had to send this sandwhich back 3 times & not to mention the manager is even more rude. Once I gave them my receipt they were still rude however they gave me the correct order. I would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone unless you wanna throw hands with the staff because I almost did !

Around 12.15 pm on today, my husband and I went to buy hot cakes. The lady at the register said no hotcakes but another person from kitchen said we have it. Then the lady at the counter made a gesture as if she does not care. Then we asked for water but she pretended she did not hear while we were the only customers there. When we asked for water without ice she was laughing at us. She was being racist.

I arrived at this location at 10:30 PM on a Monday night to pick up for a delivery service. I saw an employee bringing food out to another car so I went to the door to ask him for the order; however, he came back out and told me it would be “faster to go through the drive-through” (which had about 10 cars in the line). The manager then came out and said that their system did not have the orders and then I had to give them to the person at the window, which was not true. He also told me that if I was with a different service I could have picked up at the door, and ironically enough a man arrived with that very same service to pick up another order and he was told the same thing – that he had to sit through the drive-through as well! It took about an entire hour to pick up two small orders, one of which was simply a soft drink and an order of fries. This location is in serious need of new management, and the owners should really take a look at what’s going on with their employees.

We took our great grandsons there as a little treat. It was terrible. No apple juice, no apple slices, no chocolate milk!! In the nasty ladies rest room no changing table, in the mens rest room, it was so dirty my husband turned around and left. Sink was gray with old filth. The burgers were old and dried out, the nuggets were inedible! The staff was leaving and they were parked in the handicap parking spots!! The floor in the place hadn't been swept in a month and no idea the last time it was mopped! I will never ever go back to this filthy place. It should be torn down and burn the rubble.
