I never leave reviews but they deserve it. I’ve never been to this location before. I went through the drive thru at around 9:30am 10/18/25. I was taken back by how nice and friendly they were. I’ve been working in customer service/food service for over 5 years now and I KNOW how difficult it can be to keep a smile when almost half your customers are rude and entitled. These employees looked and sounded so genuine even in the short interaction I had. I go places fully expecting...
Had an issue with my order in which the wait time was very long. I brought it up to a manager (ms janelle) and she resolved it amazingly, and offered me adequate compensation. Greatly appreciated!
Much better than the McDonald’s that just closed on the other side of the street but a piece of advice, always go the the drive thru on the left, for some reason the one on the right goes much slower. So far I haven’t seen a place in Baton Rouge with the same organization as Chick-fil-A when it comes to drive thru. Even tho Chick-fil-A is much busier than McDonald’s the line goes much faster.
