We ordered thru the app. Waited a min of 10 min! Employee threw bag into the window and walked away. No drinks! Half the order missing! Hubby went inside to get it right. Accused of trying to get free food! He showed mobile receipt. NO APOLOGY! All the Employees including the manager acted inconvenienced and annoyed by my husband being there. Not sure which is worse, getting your single order right or driving up to the order stand alone with no one in front of you and have to wait 5 minutes at least to place your order. After 7 pm it’s even worse!!
Sometimes I luck up and get both. Wait for 10 minutes to get the wrong order!
Sad part is that this rating is not from just one or two visits!!!

McDonald's is a well-known restaurant that has made improvements in the United States, particularly with their fresh meat. Some customers have experienced slow service. However, the Government Street location is praised for having the friendliest staff in town, always getting orders correct, and being kid-friendly. The manager and young man working the register were so kind and went above and beyond in helping us. Some locations you must lower your expectations on the service. Focus on food quality and value for your money and you will do fine. The new sandwich was okay but the meat was like the size of a small hamburger. The patties were lukewarm at best but the fries thankfully were hot.
