What an absolute joke of a McDonalds!! You will automatically be asked to park no matter what you ordered or how long it takes! The wait once you’ve parked is at least 15 minutes for chicken nuggets. After finally receiving your food, 1/2 the order will be left out of the bag…. If you go inside to retrieve the food you paid for, you will be treated like crap and ignored! They stare at you and talk to each other about how much they don’t care while not fixing the food you’re missing!! No one will speak to you or acknowledge that The food is being fixed….. no one will speak to you at all!! There’s no point in asking for a manager because when he comes out, he tells you it’s not his problem and he doesn’t care and refuses to help or say anyone’s name. Just an absolute waste of time and money!! If you love paying to be treated like trash check out this location!!

9/11 4:12pm. These employees are rude. Snatched my cared out of my hand, screamed my total at me, slammed the window shut. Honestly wanted to flash out on your employees today. Do everyone a favor and train them on how costumer service works cause the way they speak to people is completely uncalled for.

This is the worst McDonald’s location ever, I’ve ordered my food from here plenty of times and always gotten nasty attitude from the shift manager. I believe his name is Jamal. He chooses to place blame on the team rather than take responsibility as a whole. The place is unsanitary, the restrooms are always dirty, and it’s always hot in this place, I’ve noticed it’s been like that for months now. I don’t understand or see how this establishment is making and forcing their workers to work in such horrific conditions of heat like this, especially in this summer heat. This location needs new leadership and accountability partners & a more professional working conditions & establishment up keep!

Just for those children of baby boomers like me; this is no longer our parents McDonald's that we grew up with.
The Mc Donalds to day is on a glide slope for a slow death by a 1,000 cuts. Enough said!!
