5/22/25 I ordered a 5$ McDouble meal and 2 apple pies through drive-through and I received the wrong order which was a basket of fries and a large fry. I then proceeded to park so I can go into the restaurant. I had to wait about 4 to 5 minutes before being noticed and asking for help because I had the wrong order. I I explained to the worker that I had the wrong order and she apologize and proceeded to correct my order. Prior the order that I had, I gave back to them, which was the basket of fries and the large fry and it set on the counter for about 5 to 6 minutes the manager took the bag and poured the fries back into the fryer pot with the other fries. Good thing I’m a good person and did not touch the fries but still instead of throwing the fries out because they were in my car and her as a manager, not knowing if I had not touched them or not Mixed them with the other fries and serve them to people . Then the guy that was making more fries ate one of the fries while making the fries for the customers, which was very disgusting. I will no longer be visiting this McDonald’s in Central on Hooper Road. If you ever order from them, please make sure to go inside to watch your food.

Got a chicken sandwich from the store and about one bite in I find a huge hair in the food . I go to call the establishment and they let it go to ring one time and then decline the call the next 2 times .

Found an entire hair in my spicy mchicken. A LONG PIECE ABOUT 10 INCHES LONG. Called to talk to someone and they didn’t answer. Called a 2nd and 3rd time and I believed they unplugged the phone because it made a loud ringing dial noise.

I really hate giving people bad reviews but I actually used to work at this place when I was 19 to that was 20 years ago. These people even though I place my order online told me I didn't have an order told me that they couldn't even tell me the address to this place. All I wanted to know was the address so I can make sure I placed the order at the right place which I did and they told me to come inside which I did and they told me that oh there was an order on the name that's not my fault. My food wasn't even hot & I had just ordered it.

We waited 10 minutes at the counter to be waited on. We were told to use the the kiosk and no one wait on us at the register. This one has gone down hill.

Ordered inside. 30 minutes later no food. 3 happy meals. Can Stan’s flow of people coming in because drive thru orders are wrong. Automate this restaurant as computers would run smoother.

Mcdonald's needs to stop serving cold and undercooked food. The whole order was cold, and the burgers were way undercooked. I ordered 2 double bacon quarter pounders, and I didn't even get any bacon or any other thing besides cheese on my raw burgers.

They don't deserve 1 star.....there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever.... they don't bother to push any doordash or Uber eats orders because they only care about drive thru a front counter which u can barely get help there.

After pulling up, sitting for several minutes at the menu, 4 other cars pulling up and instantly getting their order taken, I lay on my horn for a while to finally get an effort to take my order.
