Parking lot is very unsafe. Watched one gangster beat up another gangster so bad and started kicking him in the face after he was knockedout, instead of anybody helping they all pull out cell phones and video , this man get beat almost to death. Not McDonald's fault, but they should hire some security. Being this is a highly democrat zone.

I rarely ever do reviews on fast food Because it’s kind of a given that you’re really there for something Convenient and inexpensive. But with this McDonald’s, I have had many bad experiences, including becoming ill. Most time, fries are soggy or unsalted. This time, my burger was overdone, but they were friendly about it. unfortunately, they are one of the few restaurants in the area.

My experience was horrible I got the wrong order twice I ordered a sausage biscuit and a bacon egg cheese McGriddle and they got neither one of them right went back twice for my order in it was still wrong no one answers the phone McDonald's need to just close down that location and the location in Baker

Ordered today on the app for pickup by drive thru around 3pm. Service was nice and speedy , staff had a good attitude. Whoever was on the cooking crew made my food to perfection. The food was nice and hot. The sauce for my nuggets was forgotten but with everything else that was minuscule. Keep it up !

Mcdonalds on Blount rd/ plank baton rouge la need the night crew to be retrained. Very unsatisfied. Long wait, unprofessional, the guy on drive thru made me wait long when I was giving him my code for my spicy chicken sandwich he act confused and then just said the system down after I waited long. It took my points and I did not get my food. He should've just said he doesn't know what he doing. Night times always have issues at this location. Very unhappy

At speaker was asked 3,times my order mid sentence she stopped me and asked me what my order was again…After waiting almost 30 minutes I got out of line went to the door it was locked now I’m even more made

If I could give the service a 0 I would the workers are absolutely childish and the managers are disrespectful to the coworkers being disrespectful to them in front of the customers if this is how they treat them they shouldn’t work there or be a higher up and then the food was absolutely nasty and they just threw everything on there mind you this was at 2 pm I seen a lot of workers on their phones playing and dancing around not doing their job I bet their times are through the roof.
