I go here pretty often to grab a quick lunch. Most of the time your able to get on through the line and be on your way. The food has always been fresh when i went. The only times I've had issues with sitting in the line longer were when they were understaff that day. But their customer service remained consistent .

I just left this mcdonalds at 845pm after arriving at 830pm. Lobby was closed so I pulled to the drive thru the lady asked could she help me I said yes I am picking up a ubereats order for eric.. she said ok. 10 Mins later I see the only worker there pull off in a dark colored car i think navy blue. I sat there and additional 5 and realized that's was her. Thanks for screwing me out of a 25.00 order on Christmas eve. As if some of us already don't have a hard time making money.. if you don't want to do your job don't come to work

So I wanted to change my rating because I had a talk with Ms Jeanie the manager and she was super helpful and did something I didn’t NOT EXPECT which for me fixes a lot not because of what she is doing but because she acknowledged me best manager I’ve ever spoke to at McDonald’s !Update: so y’all I hate to say it but worst experience ever I called Ms Jeanie to ask if I could go get the food she promised to fix and she said yes when me and my children arrived they told her but she said she was busy so I stood up at the register for 30 mins and no one came just kept looking back at me so I told a worker maam excuse me but what’s going on do you know if Ms Jeanie is coming she said idk ??♀️ I tell her so we sat down YALL THAT WOMAN LEFT US SITTING THERE SO LONG THAT MY LITTLE 3 year old WAS BEGGING THE TABLE NEXT TO ME FOR I NUGGET I WAS SO EMBARRASSED I JUST RE BOUGHT WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX AND WENT ON MY WAY !! VERY INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE… what was the biggest shock is the woman that they was calling Ms Jeanie kept looking at me and my kids while she was screaming at everyone for being so dirty and incompetent NEVER AGAIN

This place is horrible. I have to go to McDonald’s like four out of seven days because my kid loves ice cream, sweet tea and happy nugget meals. Every day that I come to this. They do not ever have sweet, tea or ice cream it’s so ridiculous. 9/10 times they don’t have ice cream because they don’t feel like making it and they don’t have sweet tea because it runs out and I also don’t feel like remaking it. I feel like this if you don’t like your job get a new one because we shouldn’t have to suffer as customers because you don’t like what you do every day.

Shame this is the closest to my house. Consistently long wait times (I’m talking 30 minutes not 10) coupled with incorrect orders and stale cold food you had to wait forever for.
