I was with my family it wasnt packed at all, it took 30 minutes to get my food and i got wrong sandwiches coworkers was laughing the fact he made my sandwiches wrong and still took another 10mintues to get my food manager was unprofessional cursing coworkers went outside to take a picture of outside using same gloves he had on to cook really disgusting.

It's a shame y'all don't train your people they don't know that you can pay with points. Then I have to deal with a masculine female at the window talking reckless! I am having a difficult day today 11:21pm 11-18-2024. I'll just go home and pray.

that closes at 10pm but online and ON THE DOOR says 1am. Staff doesnt care about anything and are extremely rude and disrespectful. Shut this one down and replace it with something else ASAP

They have POOR customer service. I went in the drive thru with a mobile order and the woman at the drive says "if you dont want to wait, you can pull off right now." I thought that was so rude to come off saying that without any introduction. Then, when I asked if i could do curside because i had a mobile order, she said "they dont even look at curside orders like that." Now that is disrespectful. This McDonald's needs to do better! A shame people can talk like that and act like that to customers.

I don't know why there are any positive reviews. This is the worst fast food place in town. Every time I stop at this place they are missing half the menu. The employees all obviously don't care about what they're doing. I have to wait forever to get my food. You would be better off going across town to get mcdonalds, it would be quicker. I think it boils down to poor management.

I've come her twice & ordered 2 $5 Meal Deals & both times major pieces of the deal were not even in the bag. The first time I got my ranch, missing 2 things of chicken nuggets. Tonight, I'm missing both my frys & the bread on the burger was so hard. They know, that they know, that the way they allowed that to be sold was not acceptable. At all. Didn't get a receipt. So how do I fill out a form of I don't know the store number(that's found on your receipt) to fill out the report.

If it was possible to leave a 0 I would. At the window I was asked what I ordered. Shouldn’t you know that? I showed them my receipt, they recited my order back to me, CHECKED THE BAG, and STILL half of my order was missing when I got home. Seriously?

The absolute worst McDonalds in town, and that's saying a lot. Don't think you'll be saving time by ordering ahead on the app, since you'll just be left waiting and watching as people place their orders after you and get theirs before you (if you get yours at all). Trying to not pin this all on the employees, as performance largely depends on training, and it feels like nobody taught the rather young staff how to handle anything. Also for some reason the lobby area is freezing; if the kitchen area is too hot for the employees, there needs to be some serious maintenance.
All in all, though, avoid this location. There's a Taco Bell and a Popeye's nearby if you need something quick.

Everything was hot and good, asked for 8 creams and 8 sugars - wish they had put them inside the coffee instead of just giving me the packets but it's ok.

I came to drive-thru, places my order and paid for it at 6:01pm. That part moved fast, but I had to wait behind a car till 6:17pm to get my order. It took too long to get my order. I will not be coming back to this location.

Service is horrible. I week there about 2 weeks ago and order a mc. Griddle and got a bagel, then today I got 3 things on my order and 2 things were wrong and it wasn't hard I needed it plain... I went in and thought i got them fixed but I checked when I got in my car and one of them was wrong again!! I don't understand I won't be going back.
