This location is always slow. Shorthanded. Most of the time my order is wrong. The lobby is frequently closed. Not the best one to go to... but it's right by my job, so I go for breakfast a few times a week.

They do the best they can as fast as they can everytime we've been. 4/5 only because the management seems to have left them understaffed at peak hours which naturally leads to slightly longer wait times and more overwhelmed workers. Maybe it's just new for this location but they are very thrown off by mobile orders though they do get around to figuring it out eventually. They just seemed too busy to think the last time we went, but at the end of the day it is McDonald's...

Employees ignored my presence at the counter. I waited 5 minutes to get my drink and some ketchup for my fries. Told me after I paid that the shake machine was out and if I wanted something else.
