My LSU student daughter blew out 2 tires. We had the car towed to the shop, the people were extremely courteous to her. Ordered her 2 new tires immediately & installed at a very reasonable price. I live in NOLA so it's hard to send your daughter to a place & expect her to get treated right at a reasonable price but this place did it. Can't thank them enough for being honest people. Will never send her anywhere else for tire problems.

I called in on Wednesday midday and spoke with Rhonda. I explained, my daughter lives in Baton Rouge and I am calling from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. I told Rhonda, my daughter hit a pot hole Tuesday night and we need to have her car towed in for a tire replacement. I further explained, I needed to find out if they had her particular tire in stock before having AAA transport the car to find out they don't have the tire. Rhonda said, "I can order the tire and have it here in about 2 hours." She gave me a price for the tire, plus a few less expensive options. I asked if we can order the tire and have to car towed the following morning? Rhonda said, "that will be fine." Thursday morning my daughter and her car arrived via tow truck to the shop. I told my daughter to keep me informed about the progress. I think it didn't even take an hour from start to finish with replacing the new tire onto the car. For those of you who have children living away attending college, etc. You know, It's a parent's worst nightmare for your child to call about car trouble and you are miles away. I must say, RHONDA and the staff made this experience flow so effortlessly!!!! My daughter said the place was clean and they were very professional. Rhonda, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
