They were very slow. Seemed to be short on staff. They're were receipts just laying all over the counter. It didn't look like cleaning was a priority either.

Hands down one of the best McDonalds I have been to in years. Clean building, friendly workers, hot fast food, and the ice cream machine worked! I enjoyed so much I brought our basketball team the next day. The McDonalds crew took care of our team quickly with no complaints from any staff members. Darius and a new young lady were very friendly and kind!

I went to McDonald to get food and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to ask what I needed. Your employees are running your customers away and you wonder why sales are down. You need cameras in all your stores to see how bad your employees treat your customers. They are rude and use foul language that I don’t use in front of customers which is really disrespectful with children in your place. You need to do a better job in hiring. I have to think long and before returning to your and I will telll my friends what happened to me.

This is the worst McDonalds in the state of Louisiana. Nothing is ever right and this time I found hair in my food. The staff is rude and is in a rush to take orders even though you’re going to wait for at least 10 minutes on a good day. They never include sauce or any extras you request even after paying and then act like children when you request they make it right. Fast food workers like the ones at this location make me change my mind about fair pay in the fast food industry. DO NOT EAT HERE THERES ONE WAY BETER 5 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD.

I’m sorry but y’all have to do better, nobody should have to ask for fresh food. The food should already be made fresh. I ordered food and I was very disappointed and annoyed at the bs I got. My frappe tasted like fuel like y’all haven’t clean the machine or just didn’t clean it at all, then my McGriddle was so hard like it sat out for a while. Y’all have to do better, I loved when the old folks use to work at McDonald’s, now 2024 yall act like yall don’t care, that’s annoying and yall be so rude. Give us the old people back that use to do their jobs at McDonald’s.

McDonald’s at Highland and airline is the slowest McDonald’s I ever been to it took them and hour and 10min to make two $5 bags that was ridiculous I’m never going back

If I could give them a negative stat I would. It took me at least 14 minutes to get my food. First,they had no one, literally no one in the slot to pay so based on that and the wait I figured they wanted me to go to the pick up area. When they finally got to me they then asked me to back up to the first window. When I mentioned how no one was there I just get an "I know". So I proceeded to backup and pay at the first window. Then I move forward to thesecond window, and now no one is there. There is no line inside the restaurant and no one at the front. I continue to wait. Apparently they only had two people working on a Saturday morning, and when someone finally comes to give me my order they give me the wrong order. Then I requested a fresh diet coke since I had been waiting for a long time, and I was specific to say the type of drink I wanted as well. When I got to my destination I discovered they gave me a fresh Dr. Pepper. Just great. Don't expect fast food or good food here. Food was cold and drink was wrong. The worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I've had some bad ones.
