WORST McDonald’s in Baton Rouge. Their hash browns are always soggy. I tried them on 3 different occasions and Each time they were soggy. How is it possible to always have crappy food?

Lobby & Big dining area was filthy. Couldn't sit in area while waiting for food, tables were taken by employees children/daycare. Was going to eat in store but tables were disgusting!!

They were totally rude when they took my order, waited in line for 25 minutes, not the first time that’s happened btw, everytime i go they forget no ketchup on my QP. Its not that hard to do your job.

Second time I'm just driving away cause the line is so slow. Sat for a full 10cminutes without moving. I just told my kid Mcdonalds must be closing down and we gotta go to Chick file across the street. I only get fast food if I'm in a rush sooooo.....

Sat for over 10 minutes n drive thru Monday ever came. Pulled around to side window. Same. Driving off & someone flagged me down to window to pick up food. Ff were completely raw. Hamyeas ok but cold

I went through the drive-thru - employees very unfriendly and worst of it all on my $20 + order - we hardly got anything we ordered and the food was cold. Of course by the time we got home, unloaded the kids etc. we didn't go back.

Wish they would listen at the drive through. No pickles is a pretty easy request and you automatically charged me for the large size and I did not ask for it - listen to your customers please!
I wouldn't eat anything from this restaurant! One employee ate fries from the basket with her bare hands, TWICE! Then another, pushed some fries hanging out of the basket back into it with her bare hands!

Told them add the 10 sugars into the coffee they didn’t. It’s like I’m drinking hot milk this morning then I had to wait 15 minutes for the coffee and I ordered oatmeal paid for it. Come to find out they had no oatmeal once I got to the window so mad
