It gets worse by the visit . The sprite is never working and they continuously try and sell it instead of just saying it’s out . They honestly need to cut off the curbside option . It took them 20 minutes to bring me an order of tenders and then I still had to go inside because they were old and cold !!!

This is the slowest McDonald's drive thru I've ever been to. I waited to talk to someone at the intercom for over 10 minutes after waiting in line for 20. The workers were very nice, but they need to figure out how to be more efficient. Every time I go here I end up waiting way too long for fast food.

The service last night which was 5/23/25 was disrespectful and poor , after checking my bag to see if ketchup was in the bag for my frys I turn and ask for ketchup, the lady kept walking away, I even knocked on the glass , I then walked around to the door and knocked, there was 2 people laying down , looked up and laid back down , I will never come to this store again and I'm reporting this to the main office

This location is struggling for quality leadership in a bad way. Every aspect from the food quality, staff service, to the wait times are horrible. The franchise company, Valuzzo, has their logo and brand plastered all over the restaurant. If I were them, I would think twice and wouldn’t be too proud to have my personal brand associated with this mess of a restaurant. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s in the parish. They even refuse to give out receipts. Enjoy the photo of my poorly made cheeseburger on half of a Mac bun.

They said they stopped selling Quarter Pounders. I didn’t think that was happening in Louisiana. Weird. They don’t know when they’ll be back.

Returned for breakfast about a month later. Drive thru at 6am: “we’re not open”. Their sign says they should be. “When will you open?” “I don’t know”. Click. I don’t think they have any management here.
