The girl at the pickup window had serious attitude this morning. When I drove up she gave me food and asked me to pull forward and wait for drinks. When no more cars behind me, I backed up to the window and she acted like she didn’t know why I was there and then got pissy when I asked for my drinks and sugar and cream. Next time, Buger King next door.

Do NOT come here if you’re in a hurry. Waited 5+ minutes in one line as cars in the other line are steady going. No one spoke on the speaker until spoken to. THEN waited at the windows for an additional 5 minutes for food. I can understand being short staffed but maybe 5pm isn’t the best time to have two workers in the entire building! This has been on multiple occasions around the same time.

The food is as good as McDonald's can be. I can say I've never had this McDonald's tell me that their ice cream machine is down for the night. The staff is helpful. I guess the only complaint I have is that the restrooms could be kept more tidy.

We sat in the drive-through at this McDonald’s for 10 minutes no greeting nothing finally we decided to drive off to see other cars doing the same thing driving off because of waiting we pulled around to go inside thinking they were busy and we were gonna order our food, but then we walk in to see one frustrated customer standing there, and they are all huddled in a group talking paying no attention to anything worst service ever will never go to this McDonald’s again we walked out after we saw them huddled in a circle talking we also noticed that as we left people were just leaving the drive-through because no one answers the drive-through!!! Horrible!!!!!! So we left with nothing just disgusted!!!

Person handing out food. Never said a word. No thank you no smile. Just a sour mug! I needed my receipt. Forgot to ask for it. Why can’t they just hand you your receipt without having to ask for it.

Maybe if you’re dropping off somebody for work in uniform, don’t throw your trash outside the car. Some blue car was dropping off an employee and was tossing their trash out the car Disgusting door right by the entrance. Literally trashy.

Air conditioning in the lobby was off. It was hotter in the lobby than it was outside. The staff behind the counter were on their phones and cussing, I had my child with me. There was no customer service until 25 minutes after I put my order in at the kiosk. McDonald's used to be fast, hot and friendly. Those days are behind us.
