They pull me up and make me wait everytime. All I do is order French fries.

Stopped by here on a weekday morning for a quick breakfast. I ordered on the mobile app and chose in store pickup. By the time I parked and walked in, my food was ready and waiting. The restaurant was clean and it seemed to be run well. The staff was friendly. I can't vouch for other times of the day but the morning crew seemed to be on the ball.

Not surprised the scores is low. Because it does not take almost 20 min for a six piece chicken nugget and a small fry. Then to get the food and it’s cold. Just shut this location down

Took me 20 to get my order at 3 pm! The supervisor was rude and definitely did not have her crew under control! Worst McDonalds I have ever been too!

If i could give a 0 on service I would. I ordered 9 sausage biscuits which they asked me to pull up for. Then left me sitting out there for longer than it took to cook new sausage patties. Meanwhile, the girl working the window, I ran several other orders out to cars that were waiting with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Took her sweet time getting there to each car. I eventually had to run in and get my own food, which was already bagged up when I got inside sitting on the counter. That's trash service.

Came through the drive thru on May 18th at 8pm. Got home and my order wasn’t complete. So I drove all the way back and asked the manager on duty if I could get everything remade for coming back. Instead she gave me what I was missing with an attitude. Very bad service.

Seriously a bunch of idiots working a fast food joint had to yell to be heard and understood in English and than we get to the window nd the person didn’t ask what sauce and had a head phone in facing the customer so she had to remove it for me to ask a question how daft are you at least put it on the other side seriously don’t waste your time

Ordered in the drive through and was sent to waiting spot #1 because we assumed they were having to cook our food....which is no issue, hey, things get backed up sometimes. Sat waiting for 10 min and they brought out the food .. food was cold and old. Why pull someone up and make them wait 10 min when clearly the food was already cooked?? Horrible McDonalds .. owners should be ashamed!

They be opening the store at 6am instead of 5 . They close early most nights … and they going to pull you up with 4 other cars , clear the drive through out & twenty minutes later give you cold food. I say just go to Sherwood lo ayiom

We stopped here in Sulfer, LA on our way to New Orleans. The restrooms were clean and we ordered a quick snack to go. Service was good and efficient. Not a major meal or anything. Some fries and a soda were good to go.
