Place rarely gets my order wrong, I mean rarely, almost never, and I make weird orders. The lobby is usually very clean and bussed. I almost never have to wait for my order. This location is run very well.

DoorDashing here is the worst experience. You have employees who have their Partners coming past and getting priority over paying customers and people cursing while working; they have their face to your back, and you don't know if they're talking to you or not; on this occasion, they couldn't find the tablet for a doordash in order to confirm the order. I spent fifteen minutes inside and left with nothing. The cherry on top is the
Convict leasing they have going on, with workers who have to wear tracking devices, which is peak 18th century oppression.

Place is horrific. Twice I’ve gone there at 6am while nobody was in line. They took forever to take my order. I order steak,egg,chz bagel and when I get home these lazy crackheads gave me a sausage patty on my stale bagel. This happened BOTH times.

I have waited for fast food for 30+ minutes before, received less than ideal service, but have never left a bad review because it is fast food and it is what it is. However, the manager on staff for late nights at this location was so overly rude I had to leave a bad review. Here is how the interaction went:

I pulled up to the drive thru to place a simple order with my girlfriend with a MINOR modification. The manager asks if we had a mobile order, I said no, then she mumbles something neither of us could understand. I ask if she said she’s ready for the order or if she asked to wait one minute. She replies, “I JUST TOLD YOU TO WAIT DIDN’T I?😡”… whenever she was ready I asked for a mcchicken meal with American cheese, no mayo, and a Diet Coke. Once again, she chimed in with a condescending tone with something along the lines of: “you’re not giving me a real order, that doesn’t exist.” I ask if they offer a mcchicken or no and she once again condescendingly says yes but not a meal so make the order right. I do so once again laying it out exactly how it would come as a meal: sandwich, fries, drink. God forbid I asked for cheese and no mayo on it, she did not like that.

After the order was complete I pulled around to pay for it and could tell the same older woman taking the order was the same one taking the payment on the first window. I pulled up and she stuck the card machine out for me to put it in myself without making eye contact.

I pulled up to the next window to get the food and after I got it I asked to speak to the manager. Lo and behold the manager walks up and it was the same older lady we had problems with. I told her she’s seriously lacking in her customer service and needs to do better because that was ridiculous and she was rude for no reason. She said she’s like that with everyone so she wasn’t rude. If she’s like that with everyone then I guarantee your location doesn’t have many returning customers because that was awful.

To this location’s franchise owner: I see that my complaint against this lady isn’t the only one and that it’s a recurring problem. If this woman is in a management position, her terrible customer service will reflect on the rest of the employees and your location will suffer. Please address your consumer’s feedback on this issue.

Lastly, my girlfriend’s sandwich came with extra mayo when I asked for no mayo, which seems was done out of spite for no reason.

I wait in line for 30 minutes EVERY single time I come to this location. It defeats the purpose of being in the “fast food” industry. Nothing fast about it. Employees don’t even greet you or ask you for payment they just stare at you. No type of common courtesy and poor customer service.

During lunch it can get busy they will tell you if you don't use the kiosks they won't be able to take your order for a long time. I used the kiosks but watched elders and people with cash in their hands walk out because they don't know how to use the kiosks. The food and my order is usually made right here but the workers and service is really lackluster here. If you go through the drive thru the person taking your order sounds like they don't even wanna be there. Otherwise if you come during the slow times it'll go smoothly

the worst mcdonald’s in baton rouge. the lady with the black ugly wig was very rude and unprofessional. i placed a mobile order and she never looked for it and just said she didn’t find it and yelled at me over it. then she refused to remake my friends fries even though they were literally so cold. a few moments later an old man walked up to the counter wanting to order and there was a hispanic worker and she said “he doesn’t even speak english he can’t take that order”, that was very rude. she then yelled at the old man when he just wanted his order taken. she came over to speak to us because we didn’t know that we had to refund on the app and she was just so rude the whole time we were in the building. everyone else was nice except her, she was a manager and honestly she needs to be demoted.

This location is seriously ALWAYS on point! My order is never wrong! (Besides the very RARE hiccup with the customization of an item. But like I said, it’s rare and small if they do make a mistake, which happens with every business! So no big deal!) All the employees are so friendly while also seeming to have a good time with their coworkers and I love that for them! (:

If you're going to say open 24 hrs you better be. Otherwise turn off the damn lights and the automated drive thru greeting!!! Never again at this location. 3.3 stars is too high for this or any McDonald's any more!
