Literally the only customer in line and I ordered ahead and food was still trash, cold old fries, look like they punched my damn burger after making it, stg the only thing that was good was the drink. Yall need to get it together, that’s too easy of a job to be messing up like they do

Came here for my daughters. Ordered 2 small caramel frappe drinks, a medium fry, a quarter pounder meal, and a cookie tote. Sat waiting for over 20 minutes. Got my order and the fries were cold and the cookies smelled burnt. I looked at the cookies and they seemed OK. I took the fries back in. They were replaced. Got home and noticed the cookies were all hard as a rock. Returned them and the staff in store looked at them and said they were obviously left on too long. Replaced. While waiting, I observed a staff member go outside for a smoke break at the entrance. She also spit and had a trail of spit hanging from her mouth. She then used her left hand to remove it. Took a couple more puffs on her cigarette and then entered the store. She went right behind the counter to box and bag orders. She did not wash hands, use gloves, anything. I witnessed her with her hand inside a fry box before filling it with fries. I know fastfood isn't healthy and cleanliness is not the greatest but it should be reasonably expected that workers will not spread bodily fluids and germs by not even washing their hands. I will not visit this location again

Good quick service restaurant was clean and food seemed to be fresh so there was no complaints. Staff was friendly and helped with the very minor issue i had.good experience all around and definitely will be back if I just need a quick meal.

Only went to McD’s to get my 12 year old twin granddaughters their dinner, they didn’t want their grandmas Chicken Noodle Soup!
I went in to use the restroom before I ordered my food and it was the most disgusting place ever. Literal crap everywhere

Service is terrible…I won’t be visiting mcdonald’s soon, going to Wendy's where my food will be hot.The Mcdonald’s on Florida Blvd. down from Baton Rouge Community College. Employees take forever to come to mike to take order. You at the drive thur mike saying hello, they tell you to wait you are the only car in drive thru and you still have to park on the side for your order. They need a whole new crew and management.

They broke my heart this morning. Every time they have had the steak and eggs I through the years always oder it on a English Muffin instead of the bagel. This morning , I see that they are actually advertising the steak with the muffin.
In my excitement, I order my favorite breakfast.Return home to sit down and eat at my desk.And I have the driest piece of steak Ive ever had in my life without flavor and not one grilled onion. Very very disappointing
