They came to the speaker really quickly and was in and out within 5 minutes. I gave 3 stars because I ordered a plain cup of oatmeal (no raisins, cranberries, or apples), and got a half of cup of food. Not happy about that. To me, those items don't belong in oatmeal but regardless, for $3, I should've gotten a full cup.

Dear McDonald's Management,

I am writing to provide feedback concerning a recent visit to one of your establishments. After an absence of approximately two years, I decided to revisit McDonald's and placed an order for a Big Mac.

Regrettably, my experience was significantly impacted by several observations that raised concerns regarding professional conduct and hygiene standards. During my visit, I witnessed a staff member actively engaged in food preparation while simultaneously consuming food. This practice is not only unhygienic but also represents a notable lapse in expected food safety protocols.

Furthermore, I observed an individual, who appeared to be a manager, engrossed in using a personal mobile phone during their shift. Such conduct, particularly by supervisory personnel, can compromise operational oversight, diminish attentiveness to customer service, and detract from the professional atmosphere of the restaurant.

These incidents collectively conveyed an impression that does not align with the high standards typically expected from the McDonald's brand. I believe it is imperative to bring these matters to your attention to ensure that all team members, including those in management positions, consistently adhere to established guidelines for both food handling and professional decorum. Upholding stringent cleanliness and professionalism is fundamental to maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction.

I trust this feedback will be valuable in reinforcing best practices among your team.

Service has gotten better at this location. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes like they burn the food or dump way too much seasoning on. Sometimes it tastes fine. They have gotten faster with the drive thru line. Not making people park and wait as much also.

I went this past Thursday and ordered through app after my daughter’s cheer practice. Took almost an hour to get a large fry and caramel sunday. Food was great but had to go in to see what was taking so long. It appeared to be fully staffed but the workers seemed to be moving slow like molasses. Hate to give a bad review but highly don’t recommend going on evenings

Came here for my daughters. Ordered 2 small caramel frappe drinks, a medium fry, a quarter pounder meal, and a cookie tote. Sat waiting for over 20 minutes. Got my order and the fries were cold and the cookies smelled burnt. I looked at the cookies and they seemed OK. I took the fries back in. They were replaced. Got home and noticed the cookies were all hard as a rock. Returned them and the staff in store looked at them and said they were obviously left on too long. Replaced. While waiting, I observed a staff member go outside for a smoke break at the entrance. She also spit and had a trail of spit hanging from her mouth. She then used her left hand to remove it. Took a couple more puffs on her cigarette and then entered the store. She went right behind the counter to box and bag orders. She did not wash hands, use gloves, anything. I witnessed her with her hand inside a fry box before filling it with fries. I know fastfood isn't healthy and cleanliness is not the greatest but it should be reasonably expected that workers will not spread bodily fluids and germs by not even washing their hands. I will not visit this location again

Ridiculous! I waited 10 minutes at the counter before someone decided to assist me. No greetings or any type of customer service. POOR SERVICE!!
