Bread was hard had to throw away. French fries were greasy and tasted like old oil. A waste of $35.00. If I could give -0 stars I would. They’re very slow, you always, always have to wait for food. Service is terrible…I won’t be visiting mcdonald’s soon, going to Wendy's where my food will be hot.The Mcdonald’s on Florida Blvd. down from Baton Rouge Community College. Employees take forever to come to mike to take order. You at the drive thur mike saying hello, they tell you to wait you are the only car in drive thru and you still have to park on the side for your order. They need a whole new crew and management.

They broke my heart this morning. Every time they have had the steak and eggs I through the years always oder it on a English Muffin instead of the bagel. This morning , I see that they are actually advertising the steak with the muffin.
In my excitement, I order my favorite breakfast.Return home to sit down and eat at my desk.And I have the driest piece of steak Ive ever had in my life without flavor and not one grilled onion. Very very disappointing

Orderd 2 double chees burgers ,paid for two. Got home to find 2 singles. Called to complain they took the phone off the hook and set down without saying anything

The only change I've noticed in the last fifty years is that they don't sell ice cream anymore (if the machines are perpetually broken worldwide, you ain't selling ice cream) and the crumby food is much more expensive.

Every time we come to this McDonald’s they always make everybody wait on the lane numbers. I know there is a time when order needs to be done. They are lying to corporate! I mean my order is never given to me right, but the food is good. Just wanted to write this review cause you are always waiting for your order longer than being in line . I went to the Baton Rouge/Florida location again today, and Shakur served me. Once in past I have written a review on Shakur, but maybe I used the wrong location. I am a senior, and lifelong resident of Barin Rouge. I just want you to know what a gift the McDonalds cooperation has in Shakur. Shakur is as professional has any employee, of any age, at any company....You just don't know what you have, He is polite, humble and sharp as a tac. I feel like thus city is beyond blessed to have him He deserves recognition and to be rewarded...because people like him don't come along everyday.
ps...I am not Shakurs mother, or family...I am just one very pleased customer.

I ordered 3 breakfast sandwich bundles just to get home with just the sandwiches and NO HASHBROWNS. Check your bag before leaving the drivethru people. These people will rob you!

The service at the pick up window was bad. My granddaughter asked if she could fill up her cup and the lady said the machine filled it up. She wouldn't add anymore drinks in the cup.

The shift manager was nice however I think that they need to have tighter rules for the crew. There was no hair nets, I didn't see washing hands for the ones coming off break or on to work. Remember you are working around food!!!!
