First time in a long time that I've had a great experience at a Mc Donald's. Counter staff was friendly and helpful, did was prepared properly and made as I requested. Prompt, and efficient service at the counter was really a nice change from other locations. Fish fillet was fresh and everything in it as requested and in proper amounts. Fries were fresh and hot as well. Lobby and dining areas were clean and stocked.

Visited this restaurant today and the bathroom and the dining area was so filthy that I chose not to eat at this establishment. There was chemicals left on the counter in the women's restroom along with a wet towel. I had to ask one of the members for tissue and she didn't even respond to my inquiry. The trash was overflowing. I could imagine what the kitchen looks like.

McDonald's has become a place you'd go to if someone else was buying š¤ š š But really McDonald's what happened to freshness of cheese melting on your š crispness of fresh fries and your bag šnow they give you enough for a small fry in a large fry box... ice cold non watered down drinks so full you had to sip the lids... and now have the nerves to charge sit down restaurant prices for fast food... McDonald's you lost me years ago and I'm talking about before 2000

waited for the order for almost 30 minutes, half of it was ready when we pulled up and somehow it was cold when we got it. we were asked if we had paid already (we of course were truthful but others might not be) and we had to say what the order was all over again. we were offered upgraded drinks to large for the wait and only one drink was correct when given to us. In addition the Big Mac we got only had one meat patty and extra pickles that we didnāt request. only rated atmosphere a 3 because workers seemed to be having a good time inside eating and laughing.

I would give it zero stars but thatās not possible!! The girl at the drive through multiple orders that arrived after me, and when I complained to her that thatās not how itās supposed to go she said thatās how she does it and she didnāt care if I didnāt like it!

Workers were on their cell phone talking on speaker for the world to hear. No one would take our order because they were to busy worrying about a dress she's wearing for a wedding.
They couldn't take my order on the app so I left without getting anything.

Online says they close at 3am and reopen at 4am but I got there at 2am and she said they were going through transition and that they close at 2am and reopen at 3am! Hours should be fixed! I drove over 10 miles just to be told they are closed and turn around and drive 10 miles back! This is 2024 one day from 2025 and we canāt even get accurate information on businesses on the internet.. thatās sad!

Dirty tables and floors. Employees looking at you like you interrupting them from break, open toes shoes in a kitchen. Waited 10 minutes, 5 people walked past me and no Ody took my order.
