Everyone there was so nice.

waited for the order for almost 30 minutes, half of it was ready when we pulled up and somehow it was cold when we got it. we were asked if we had paid already (we of course were truthful but others might not be) and we had to say what the order was all over again. we were offered upgraded drinks to large for the wait and only one drink was correct when given to us. In addition the Big Mac we got only had one meat patty and extra pickles that we didn’t request. only rated atmosphere a 3 because workers seemed to be having a good time inside eating and laughing.

I would give it zero stars but that’s not possible!! The girl at the drive through multiple orders that arrived after me, and when I complained to her that that’s not how it’s supposed to go she said that’s how she does it and she didn’t care if I didn’t like it!

Online says they close at 3am and reopen at 4am but I got there at 2am and she said they were going through transition and that they close at 2am and reopen at 3am! Hours should be fixed! I drove over 10 miles just to be told they are closed and turn around and drive 10 miles back! This is 2024 one day from 2025 and we can’t even get accurate information on businesses on the internet.. that’s sad!

Dirty tables and floors. Employees looking at you like you interrupting them from break, open toes shoes in a kitchen. Waited 10 minutes, 5 people walked past me and no Ody took my order.

While traveling from Biloxi back to Baton Rouge, my wife didn't eat breakfast before leaving, so we had to stop at McDonald. I also got more to eat. I don't know what happened to the person taking our order, but the STOPPED in the middle and didn't respond to me anymore for almost 8 minutes. Why???😵‍💫 Then a woman came on and took our order. The process resumed quickly.

They are a special group of ladies. Treat and serve all backgrounds from homeless to Harvard the same. Will brew fresh coffee for you just because and Allow you to sit and enjoy without interruption.

The workers that are speak directly with customers always seem very irritable. They do not help in the slightest. They just take your order and keep moving. It doesn’t give off a very welcoming establishment. I’ve been to this same location multiple times and have gotten incorrect orders multiple times and they move very slow, please take your business elsewhere, I certainly will.

How is this place supposed to be open until 3 to close to 4 before it reopens but at 230 am yall claim to be in transition? Isn't transition from 3-4 and the reasoning for closing then? So why before 230 couldn't I place a order. I don't appreciate driving out my way to a place that claims to be open for some bullshit about a transition when I get there.. 🙄
