Y’all know you like McDonald’s. Stop lying
McDonald's has really went down hill and statistically speaking is hanging on by a thread! its cardboard tasting and really disgusting. youre price gouging and it's gross!
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent visit to McDonald’s Restaurant #10831, located at 316 S Everett Mall Way, Everett, WA 98204-2782. The store was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness—fries were scattered across the floor, sauce was smeared on the tables, and no staff appeared to be cleaning or maintaining the dining area. Both tower napkin dispensers were completely empty. When I politely asked for napkins at the counter, the staff seemed reluctant and visibly unhappy to provide any, which I found puzzling and unwelcoming. The restrooms had keypads with a notice stating “Restrooms for McDonald’s Customers Only.” When I asked for the code, the staff member told me to wait. After serving other customers, a team member eventually walked over and unlocked the door manually instead of simply giving me the code. This left me feeling like I was not trusted as a customer, which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. When I placed an order for a Double Filet-O-Fish sandwich, one staff member didn’t seem to know how to process the order. It’s a basic customization—adding a second fish patty—yet they needed assistance from another crew member. This level of training and professionalism was disappointing for such a well-known brand. Lastly, when I went to the counter near the end of my meal to ask for a refill of my sweet tea, I was told that this store does not offer refills. I’ve never encountered this at any McDonald’s across the country, and there was no clear signage indicating this policy. It felt like I was being denied a basic service that’s generally included with the purchase of a drink. I have taken photos of the messy floors, dirty tables, and empty napkin dispensers, which I am happy to provide upon request. I hope McDonald’s takes this complaint seriously. This experience was well below the standard I expect from your brand, and I urge you to investigate the situation and take appropriate corrective action.
EVERY TIME I come here, I am asked to pull to the side and they will “bring it right out” and EVERY TIME I am waiting 30+ minutes for a dang biscuit. Horrible service, 0/10… definitely needs new management and employees.

Because I can't go lower. Imagine waiting 30 minutes on a basic order, and when I asked for a refund they still didn't give it to me. Best part, when I finally got my food, it was cold, and wrong anyway. Honestly just go to whataburger

If it doesn’t look like there is a wait that is a lie. I waited over 10 minutes for 2 breakfast biscuits. Once they pull you into a spot they have your money and don’t care from that point on. I watched as they pulled every car that got to the end of the line.

They’re lazy. Won’t even take an order when in the drive thru.
Expect to be sent to park somewhere if you use the drive through. I'm guessing the pickup spots are monitored and count towards their times because they ask people to pull up and wait elsewhere. Worst I've had was waiting about 30 minutes for a single meal, generally you'll be waiting at least 15 minutes.

Sharing Evan Argil, a voice for many: Posting for Evan Argil. As he does not have a social media platform by choice he is ready to share his experience: Today I made the long-debated decision to spontaneously quit my job as maintenance man at Comfort TX McDonald's. I did it over text, with no two weeks notice. I will not give this general manager the usual courtesies of resignation. From now on he gets from me the same amount of respect that he's shown myself and other staff members, which is zero. This GM began showing his incompetence from the very first day I was hired, not being at the location to train me and never even informing the on duty manager I was coming, letting me stay locked out the back door at 4am because of his lack of communication. I received literally one shift of training with the previous maintenance man before he quit the next day, and proceeded to hold down the place for the next six months, only for the GM to get chastised by his own supervisor because apparently I was filling a two-man position. During this time, he continued to cause harm due to his dismissive, uncaring management style. One example of this was the time I walked to work during a freeze and was ringing the back door for nearly an hour, uninformed that the store had been closed for the day. I walk over half a mile to work and he knows that, but didn't see fit to inform me that morning and spare me the walk, and the eventual slip and fall on the ice that badly bruised my tailbone. There are numerous other small abuses I could point out. Eventually, other job offers began to pop up. I gave my two week's notice, and his response was to practically beg me to stay. He dangled the first of many mentions of a raise. I refused at first, but eventually decided to talk to him again and negotiate. It was like pulling teeth, but I was able to get consecutive days off. He didn't seem to comprehend why it might wear on someone to have split days off when you get up to work at 3. He also agreed to giving me a raise, I requested an additional $2/hr but of course he remained noncommittal regarding the amount. We exchanged a handshake, not exactly a notarized document, but as boomers would say "a handshake used to mean something". Week after week, I waited for a change in my checks. I asked him, texted him, inquired with other managers. At every turn the GM met me with more dismissals, phony excuses and deflection to other higher ups who apparently had the paperwork for my raise on their desks ready to sign. Months later, he actually showed up with paperwork so it seemed as though the raise would really happen. I signed my name, noting the I was only being offered one extra dollar an hour, but assuming that this proved that perhaps the GM had some shred of honor. Then he went on vacation and the paperwork disappeared. Weeks later, he had me fill it out again. This copy also vanished upon being passed up the chain. It has now been a year and half since that handshake, and I'm done. Joblessness is a horror of it's own, but at what point does it become sunk cost to hope I can make this deadend nightmare compatible with my life. The pathetic extra $1 they taunt people with is just the tip of the iceberg with people like GM. He has no problem taking advantage of the desperation of hardworking people. I will not speak for other staff members' experiences, but I have certainly witnessed a pattern of behavior with this insufferable human being. If no consequences come to him, very well, at least I spoke my piece. I can only hope that my coworkers find better as well. It is time to normalize calling them out.
In the past six months the app has updated twice and twice it deleted ALL my rewards points representing the equivalent of 14 quarter pounders. So I deleted the app and promise to NEVER spend a penny at a McDonalds again. Those points represent "real money"! Terrible app and program.

Please avoid the McDonalds in Keswick. the most incompetent store. Today I order a McDavid BigMac combo and Austion Matthews smoky burger and I received a regular big Mac and a quarter pounder but the kicker is they were in the boxes I ordered. I always check when I go to this location cause 95% of the time the order is wrong . Today I checked before I left the drive thru but because the burger were in the correct burger box I thought the order was right. Now I have 2 crying kids and have to go out and buy another dinner cause I never got a receipt, it's like it was planned that way. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!
They need to shut this place down if i wanted to wait 40 minutes in a parking spot for MCDONALDS I WOULD HAVE WENT TO A

0 stars. This location needs new staff MGMT or something. I went there today Sunday after game, got there about 415 am and the line was around the building, I left when leaving I looked over and seen one car at the window, so I sat and watched for about 10 minutes and they were only taking one cars order at a time. I went back a few time and the lines were still around the building into the street. The last time I went was at 6 when to lobby was open the doors locked and no one answering the drive throu. I pull up to a window and the girl says were closed we are getting breakfast ready.
