The night time manager on Jefferson Hwy in BR is the BEST!!!! My food is always hot and fresh. Some times I go in there after 9pm an it's just him an the cook he needs more help in there running to window to front counter all by himself. I think this name is Greg but he do it with a smile. SEND HIM HELP......

Pulled up just wanting sprite at 10:53pm (because what else would I want those close to closing). Sat for 2 minutes and didn’t hear anything after the automated message vaput placing my order. Pulled around and saw someone mopping with the window locked. They eventually come to the window. I tell them I just need a small sprite and she informs me (after confirming with someone else there) they can only take mobile orders. I’m not downloading an app to pay $1.24 on a small sprite BEFORE closing. And by the time I would’ve done all that the new excuse would’ve been they are closed. Seems more like a staff rule than a corporate one. Had they answered when I tried placing said order for a small sprite when I pulled up all of the entire interaction would’ve been done before 11 and they still could’ve shuffled onto whatever they were in a hurry to leave and do.

The food is usually hot. I wouldn't recommend curbside though if you do not want to wait awhile. They almost always forget sauce also.

just went through and there was the kindest man ever was at the pay window! give him a raise!! hes a sweetheart, especially during holiday season i know it can be rough, but he only had kindness to spread!
