I always go to this location because it is close to my job, BUT NOT ANYMORE. Their service has gone down tremendously. They are always acting like they do not know which order is which, nor who it is for. Also, it always seems to take at least 15 minutes for each order. I wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, then I went inside to see about my order. They were mad that I decided to go in. Well, if you take too long, of course I am going to come in. The man in front of me said that he was waiting for his order for over 20 minutes. This location needs new management and training. My family and I WILL NOT ever come back to this location.
