I always go to this location because it is close to my job, BUT NOT ANYMORE. Their service has gone down tremendously. They are always acting like they do not know which order is which, nor who it is for. Also, it always seems to take at least 15 minutes for each order. I wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, then I went inside to see about my order. They were mad that I decided to go in. Well, if you take too long, of course I am going to come in. The man in front of me said that he was waiting for his order for over 20 minutes. This location needs new management and training. My family and I WILL NOT ever come back to this location.

Everyone was very nice except a young lady in the third windows that seemed aggravated that I asked for napkins ,I thought they came in the bag.
Love the food but the workers don't know what they're doing I went there and ordered 2 hot & spicys and a medium fries and they gave me 4 hot & spicys and a large fries and I just drove off more food for me and my friend.

Unsatisfactory all around. There's a lack of basic customer service skills with their terrible attitudes and mannerism - from the moment they took my simple order at the drive-thru to the moment they handed my food. Was told to drive forward to the next window as my food wasn't ready. No joke, I waited for 22 minutes! The fries were cold and unsalted, but the sandwich was freshly made, so there's your one star.
