They never never have their Chocolate Shake machine up and running. When I go, I am told it is not available now and maybe later. That is because no one takes the time to clean the machine and fill it back up. Why have it on the menu if you aren't going to be able to serve a Chocolate Shake. Very disappointing. It's about the 10th time I have gone and they don't have the machine up and running.

Quick service, warm food and clean dining area. And, the order was correct!! All three workers that I talked with were extremely polite and friendly. Wish this could be stated about the majority of McDonald's restaurants.

I ordered a shamrock shake and it was not blended at all (see pictures). I also had to wait at least 5 minutes on it. I’m deeply disappointed and if I wanted a vanilla shake I would have ordered one.

My husband who doesn’t speak english very well got 2 hamburgers paid $42 and the cashier never gave him his change back and when they called the person in charge, this guy treated him like trash because he couldn't communicate in english and told him disrespectful things about thinking he was better than him , my husband was very upset and was so disappointed ! I will never go back to this place!I encourage everyone not to go there, they will steal your money in your face!

Went to D/T at 11:55. Ordered quarter pounder meal. The food was ice-cold. Not fit to eat. Didn’t go back to return b/c traffic was bad and I had no time on my lunch break. So disappointing! McDonald’s you are losing customers over quality every day! Prices are high so quality of food and service need to be 100%.

I never have a good experience leaving this location. I frequent a lot because I live close by but it’s not worth saving my gas at this point. I just left this location. I was told to pull up and wait for my order. I waited at least 10 minutes or longer. The bread on the Big Mac was hard as a brick. I couldn’t eat it. I just tossed the bread to the side and ate the meat. The large order of fries were filled half way and they were cold. Food costs way too much nowadays to have someone carelessly prepare it. I really regret spending $26 there tonight. It wasn’t worth the money or the drive.
