6:10 on a Friday morning and no one is working. No one answered the drive thru. Okay. I pulled around, maybe they are in the front. I pulled around...no one in the front. Mind you, the lights are on and there are cars. I can't. And according to the rest of the reviews on this location, just shut the whole place down! Business hours says that you are supposed to be open at 5am? Okay, maybe 6am at the latest....it was 6:10am and nobody's home. SMH.

Bad customer service at taking orders accurately and looking and sounding sleepy when taking orders, also once you get up to the window you see on your receipt that you've been charged for the wrong items, and this is what makes the production line move slowly, and by the time they get it corrected your order your food getting cold when you are have paid for hot food at a timely manner and a accurate costs which I do get at other Mc Donalds locations other than this one. They don't greet you as you pull up through the drive-thru, Nor apologize for any mistakes that were made and that they will try to do better. Also after correcting your order and getting a refund for wrong charging, the work environment seems gloomy and employees have animosity towards the customer as they're looking at you with an angry face expression like you did something wrong to them. Im pretty figures by coming to this location I'm experiencing if you don't want to come to work with a good work ethic you should just stay home and keep it to yourself or if you can't fulfill the job that the employer hired you for you in any decent way, you should be replaced with an employee that can fulfill a job accordingly and correctly that takes pride in their job that wants to work. This is a big large reason why customers don't come back to this location and seek other locations to get service from. Customers like me did not waste time and arguing and complaining we just show you better than we can tell you by not coming back.

Quick drive thru getting bkfst MLK morning. State holiday so less traffic maybe? Hash brown was undercooked and mushy, but frappe' and egg mcmuffin was good. Staff was normal, nothing special to remember.

This used to he a friendly McDonaods. I went one time, and it has been a while, tried to get the cashier to smile, asked her how her day was going, and that I hope she has an awesome christmas. One word responses and serious frown the whole time. The manager hands me the food at the second window, and I was going to ask if yer cashier was ok... but she had the same frown and demeanor.

Awful- couldn’t hear through speaker. Got order pieces at a time. Missing part of order. Then had to wait for drinks. I’ve never seen a McDonalds more poorly run. We are almost afraid to eat the food. They were also out of coke and bottled water. When I asked what did they have, I received “rolled eyes”. Not really sure how this place stays open. Vehicles behind me were leaving without placing an order due to the wait time. I hope McDonalds upper management sees this review.

This location seems to be very poorly run. The employees are more interested in bickering with and hurling profanities (mostly f-bombs) at each other than actually taking care of customers. My mobile order sat unmarked on the counter getting cold for 5 minutes before an employee bothered to ask who it was for. I stood in the lobby in front of the mobile order pick-up spot for nearly 10 minutes, and my presence was never acknowledged - despite at least 2 employees hanging around behind the counter just a few feet away. The dining room was filthy, with crumbs on most of the tables and trash on the floor. The Baton Rouge McDonald's franchises used to have some of the best service in town when it came to fast food, but that is clearly no longer the case.

I prefer to get my own drinks at McD', but this location only offers drinks prepared by the staff, which greatly affects the wait time. I won't be returning to this McD's.

I have seldom had a good experience at this particular location and on this night, which marks the 3rd night I've been to this McDs at least 20 mins before closing and the crew is inside but won't even acknowledge us. Very sad service. I'm actually at another McDonald's writing this review and will post it before the other locations closes.

Flies all over the restaurant & Worker's walking around talking on cell phones behind the counter. Waited 10 minutes for a 2 for 5 and regular fry. Just HORRIBLE !!! Never Again & Food wasn't good as other locations.

This pl was the worst ever! No 1 ever answered the call box for our order, had to finally dr around. Took forever to get our food which was a sm order. They didn't give any napkins, nor salt & pepper or sweetner as requested.
