I was so excited when McDonald's installed the kiosk to place your own order. I thought my order could never be sent to the kitchen wrong again. Such a beautiful dream could never be a reality here... ordered coffee, asking for a specific amount of sugar and cream to be added. I was given a bag with sugar and cream packs. Very disappointing.

Went thru drive thru to place an order for my autistic son. Staff at first window was fantastic and friendly however was very disappointed with my order. I paid over $7 for a plain ice cream in a cup and a large fry and sadly what I got was ridiculous. If I paid for something I should have gotten what I paid for. They need to have some forms of quality control.

If I could give no stars , I would . Please hire people that want to work , I never made it to the window because her attitude was so horrible ,I pulled off ! Sucks because this location is right by my house I will never come back this McDonald’s I’ll ride to Perkins .
The usual lousy 0930 morning experience on the A10 Interstate to New Orleans, Louisiana. "We don't serve burgers before 1030", so we had soft buns with egg-crap stuffing, 2 slices of not-crispy bacon and hashbrowns fried in oil so old it stank for miles. We ate 1/3 of our portions. Just ....dont!

I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. My bottled was already opened when I received also it was supposed to be the crocs gift for the happy meal and I received a box with the puzzle in it. My granddaughter was not very happy that she did not get her croc as it showed it was supposed to be.

Sucks. Just placed an order 20 min before arriving there. Sat in line for 15 min, still waiting. Go inside to see if that will make it faster, get told “your order hasn’t even popped up yet.” Tried doing this on the way to the office. Gave them 15 min of me waiting in line for a mobile order placed 20 min in advance. Had to drive off. Never again.
