I ordered a Big Mac meal for lunch and to my surprise when I opened the box there were no sesame seeds on my bun…clearly the burger builder did not look at the box because the box has a photo of a Big Mac with a sesame seed bun. This is very disturbing.

Never ordered. 3 cars ahead of me 30 min later (6:35) car behind me came to my window and said they don't open until 7:00am? Suppose to be 5:00 am? Very angry customers driving off! I never go to Essen Lane McDonald's, was in the area. Last time for me!!!Karen Mayeaux Hill

A little busy. Drive thru was backed up. I went inside. Didn't take that long.Parking: When I was there it only had about 4 spaces left, but people were leaving also.

Dirty I ask for sweet Tea they said we don't have any I ask for shake it was broken I asked for my receipt they didn't have paper ... I haven't ate at a McDonald's in 6 yrs and will go back to doing
