Why have both lanes open when only 1 person is taking orders in the Drive Thru?

I ordered my food on the app thinking it would be a fast and simple thing to do, not. They didn't know the difference between my order number and some code that I told them I didn't have. When I pulled up to get my food, they tried to give me the wrong order and we had to start over with the order number and then I had to tell them what my drink was. After almost 5 minutes, I finally got my food. Get it together people!

I ordered my food at 10:16, when i arrive at 10:32 I was told that they wouldn’t be able to prepare my food because it was after breakfast time. They had AMPLE amount of time to make my food before i arrived. Is the point of the app to not order ahead? Which means when I get there my food should be being prepared or already prepared. Very dissatisfied with my visit today. Do better!

Waited 15 min for a pickup order that said it was ready. Then Mcflurry was just ice cream. Asked about the cookies was told they were out. Asked if I wanted m&ms I said sure. They dumped them on top and I asked why is it not mixed. I was told they can put it in the middle. What has happened with McDonalds. I was floored.

This location has horrible service because why have two lanes open when you’re only taking orders in one lane?! I waited ten minutes or longer for my order to never be taken, and all I wanted was a drink. So when I go inside to order and address my concern, the only thing I’m told is that orders are being taken in both lanes. That’s a LIE because people were driving up in the other lane, just arriving to McDonald’s, and still had their order taken before mine. I even spoke into the speaker and said, “Hello,” and not one employee came on and said, “Hello,” or “We’ll be right with you.” This location, I would not recommend anyone to visit.

Ordered on the app, checked in when I got there and waited for over 10 minutes to get food. Customers that drove up after me in drive thru received food before me. Food was cold and way over cooked.

I don’t know what happened to this particular location but I hate this damn McDonald’s on Harding. They are the slowest location I have patronized so far, they will have you waiting to take your order for nearly 10 minutes, they don’t have sense or common decency to say I will be with you in a moment or anything. I don’t know if there is too many youngsters working in there or what but it was never this damn slow. You will literally spend a total of 15 minutes between waiting to place your order and them giving you your order. It’s ridiculous!!

Do not move up when they ask you to, it gives them more room to take a long time on your order. Watch them make your drink they’re not the nicest or cleanest people.

Food is nice at times
The whole staff is ignorant. They couldn’t fathom the fact that I wanted a burger with no meat. So they basically trashed my whole order, fries & all.
