I payed for 2 extra sauces. 3 in total with the McNugget that I got. They only gave me sweet and sour and one bqq. I told them I didn’t have my other sweet and sour sauce did not want to give it to me after showing I payed for it. But because the lady that bagged my food said it was in there. They didn’t want to give my sauce as if I didn’t pay for a extra or faked having it. I drove back around they then said “are you ready to pay for it now” where I responded with I told you I already payed for it showing the bag that there was no sauce and the receipt that I payed. The lady that bagged my food came and was extremely rude. I asked for the manager and the manager kept closing the window and talking to the lady in the back. Then proceeded to tell me I can pay for the sauce or get a refund. I said okay let’s do a refund thinking they were gonna give me my money back and a sauce with the food but they wanted to keep the thing of food. When I’ve already payed for the sauce. So after that I said I’m getting my sauce because I payed for it and I don’t understand why I would lie about not having sauce. So the manager put it on her “tab” and I got my sauce. It’s 25 cent sauce. I’m not from Baton Rouge and this the worse experience I’ve had at a McDonalds and feel uncomfortable going to this one again.

I went there after I got off working the night shift at 10:30pm I pulled up to drive thru cause I knew inside was closed I sat at the order board for like 5 or 10 minutes kept saying hello no answer but whoever had the head set on I can hear them laughing and joking!! So finally I made my order I ordered a #1 with no pickles extra sauce and cheese I got home I had pickles no sauce and 1 slice of cheese!! I was to tired and it was to late to drive back I think y'all should consider who y'all hire for the night shift NOT TEENAGERS THATS JUST THERE TO GET A CHECK AND NOT CARING ABOUT HANDLING PEOPLE FOOD!!!

Worst customer service ever. If you go after midnight they offer 20 piece nuggets and limited availability of other items. Order through the app. But then you're going to get cold food. And don't try to call back. They answer and say hello hello hello before hanging up. And complaint ??? you'll receive a email apology.
