Place is clean had 2 orders in front of mine . Order came fresh fast and hot . Staff was nice . Food was great we had the Philly with mushrooms combo and shrimp burger combo both had onion rings . Zero complaints on food quality or service . Definitely will visit again . *EDIT INSERTED FOR 2ND VISIST* . I stopped by Melty and tried the classic small Philly cheesesteak, the classic cheeseburger, and a large order of onion rings — everything was amazing! Eric was working the grill and did a phenomenal job cooking everything to perfection. The flavors were on point, and you could tell the food was made with care. Don’t forget to grab some Melty Sauce — it ties everything together perfectly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I finally tried this place and it left a lot to be desired . I ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls which is advertised as 4 for $10… but it’s 2 cut in half for $10. He ordered chicken and crab balls. After waiting in line for 15 whole mins, they tell us to pull around so they can bring the food out. Didn’t make sense but I tried to positive by being happy that the food would be hot. We FINALLY got our food, in 3 small boxes. The egg rolls… have no Philly cheesesteak flavor to them. My husband enjoyed the wings but said the crab balls were not good. So disappFood for the high and inebriated 👎🏾

Portions small, only had 3 shrimp on my entire poboy, staff not friendly, prices too high for the amount of food you receive, didn’t want to give me packs of ketchup I had to ask twice or a bag. Won’t be returning and definitely would not recommend!!!!!

The young lady who took my order, Laila, was very respectful and helped me with my order. While the other staff were standing around while the young lady did all the work. One worker got disrespectful and rude to another customer because they couldn’t understand him… Crazy. Also had a mug on his face, looked like he hated his job.

Waited over 2 hours for food. I’ll never order again. The food was okay, the cashier was rude, fussing with the cook and continued to mess up other people’s order. She basically was just giving away food. One & done, never again!

Sad I ordered a melty cheesesteak surf n turf but got a veggie grilled poboy bread no shrimp all bell pepper onion little steak and cheese it was horrible my first and last time ever stopping here they had a girl Mexican chic cooking she need training no shrimp and I have the pictures to prove it never coming bk here
