One of the nastiest Philly steaks I ever ate and I eat them pretty often I asked for surf n turf which is shrimp and steak they put like 3 r 4 shrimp out the whole meal and not much flavor either all you can taste is the grease and the meat oh n the bread more bread than meat waste of money

Food is great, it’s not fast food so you may have to wait 15ish mins but well worth it imo. Very flavorful, shrimp in surf n turf was well seasoned and the egg rolls were crispy. You can tell it’s all made to order, crazy people are complaining about waiting, go to the Wendy’s if you want fast food ?

Food absolutely takes forever to receive even when not busy. I was told by the cashier the Philly sandwich has “a lot of meat”, therefore I didn’t order extra meat. Cooks were back there coughing & taste is bare minimum.

I paid $17.03 for a reg (bad) burger, fries and drink; after waiting a good 20 minutes in a drive-thru behind 2 cars. Why are they obnoxiously putting a screen in my face and asking me to tip at least 15% for something mc Donald’s does faster and for free? I shouldn’t have to deal with rude service or feeling like my food will be tampered with because I don’t want to tip someone $3 for simply handing me something. Should I start tipping the mailman too? They also only call your number once in the restaurant; if you don’t hear it, they won’t call again and your already plain food will be cold. Their food isn’t good enough to be charging the prices and having the attitude that they do. Also, the replies from the establishment on here are insane!

Garbage. Don’t waste your money. Poboy Express has a way better cheese steak and Melty makes it actually feel affordable. This Melty has a rude staff with a long wait for a school lunch hamburger and fries and a cheesesteak with barely anything filling. The eggrolls are mostly wrapping. They split two egg rolls in two and call it four. That’s funny but not for $10

Heyyy Yall, okay sooooo We come here weekly, thankful we’re able to do that however the food is 12/10! Hubby normally gets the 10pcs wings combo half spicy bbq/buffalo… he mix the range and bbq together for an awesome dip! I usually get the cheeseburger combo with fries, I drizzle spicy bbq and ranch over mines. My fries taste better than his, lol. Listen, these ppl not only know how to cook but they’re flavoring is top tier! MELTY, we appreciate you loads. One thing I must point out, please work on speed of service if it’s possible. Your building AND bathrooms are cleannn, thank youuu. Please also, get your workers to be on the same page as far as consistency… your morning crew is impeccable… that evening crew, well SOME of your evening crew can literally run your great brand DOWN and quickly if you don’t make a few changes. Example, answering your business phone regularly and or not keeping your line tied with ppl holding, another big one having your employees eat in the designated work area! If the young man with nice colored eyes is the owner or the son of the owner, make him stand on the same stands as your morning manager …. She’s firm, about the business and polite, and she doesn’t waste time. Thank you. I pray I see Melty closer to North Baton Rouge. You guys have something grand here. Oh, can you add beacon to the menu??! ??? this comes from a humble and respectful place, I’d like to see Melty around for life!
