Great ice cream but they didn't have the business. Think it was the workers too busy talking in phones not paying attending.

Summer in Louisiana has been hot! Though the end of the season is drawing near, the end to the heatwave seems nowhere in sight. So, with that said, the frozen sweet treats never go out of style here. My family and I are a big an of fro-yo. I've always had a pretty decent experience at Menchie's, especially after watching the episode they were featured on "Undercover Boss". This was my first time at this location (in Central) and it's located in a super cute commercial that is located within residential neighborhoods. The fams and I walked in, but were not greeted by the sole staff member in the store. We looked at their flavor offerings and asked for sample cups to try some fro-yo out. One of the dispensers expelled very runny fro-yo. Kind of a bummer because I wanted to try that flavor. Oh well! All we needed was one cup... 3 spoons and sharing was caring. There were a bunch of toppings, but we only opted into a couple of them. If you like syrups, they have those, too! They have a few tables for seating inside and some outside. Parking close by was easy. I was actually surprised that there weren't too many customers on a Saturday afternoon. We'll probably only be back to this location, if we're in the area. The customer service was kind of sad; honestly. I didn't feel to welcome, but more of bothersome.

We got there late around 8:20pm. Store closed at 9pm, but I guess staff wanted to leave early and was already shutting down machines and starting to clean them.

I've been here several times. The employee is usually in the back when you walk in, but comes out right away. They have 9 or so options of frozen yogurt and a nice size bar of ingredients. The fruit on the bar is very fresh. The workers are friendly. My favorite will always be the original tart topped with berries. Delish!

It was busy after a rainy day. Parking is a pain. The area is lovely. Employee greeted us with a smile. 12 flavors, plenty mix ins. The possibility of getting a mountain amount of ice cream is pretty high. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
