MID TAP

It was a very mid experience at Midtap. Ordering is kind of confusing as you need to either use your phone or go up to the bar. The menu app was clunky compared to most. The fellow working the bar (the only employee we saw the whole time) was friendly enough. First pint I ordered came out flat, so he recommended another for me. Food was just plain bad. Little league ball parks have better nachos and tenders. Bar food is not hard to execute…

I will never come back after the remodel. This place has lost all of its originality and charm. Just another slightly "upscale" bar. So disappointed! Not to mention the selection, service, and food went so downhill.
I am literally heartbroken to know this place is not even a shadow of its former self. Unless they were forced to make these changes, they should be embarrassed. Open another bar at that point. This is an entirely different business.
People WANT to serve themselves after a day of working with the public. People WANT instant service instead of waiting on a bartender to finish serving 5+ other patrons. People WANT the freedom of self-serve!
Forget the food, get rid of it all and bring back self serve!

The new business model is absolutely terrible. They took something that wasn’t broken and tried to make a very casual college bar more upscale. Spent $12 on a pint of mango cart. Extremely high prices for very average product in a place in the middle of a grocery store shopping plaza. This was a place we frequented but after giving it a try since the remodel, we will most definitely not be coming back. 0/5 recommend

Subpar at best. How do u have that many beers on tap and not know how to cool them properly. The owner is not local and was very rude to customers. There are better options in the area with local owners. Spend your money elsewhere

I recently visited MidTap and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share their passion for craft beer.

The beer selection was outstanding, with a diverse range of styles that catered to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed their Blue Moon, Abita Jokomo, and Brain Cake which had a perfect balance of flavors and a smooth finish. Each beer I tried was clearly crafted with care and expertise.

The brewery also offered delicious food pairings that complemented the beer perfectly. The hangover burger was a highlight and paired wonderfully with my flight of beers.

Overall, MidTap is a gem for any beer enthusiast. The combination of excellent brews, great ambiance, and top-notch service makes it a must-visit. I can't wait to return and try more of their fantastic offerings!

This place is AMAZING! They have $10 bottomless mimosas with your choice of juice. Hangover Burger with Honey Sriracha fries. The service was great with Skylar and Ashton! Great vibes...atmosphere on point. I sat at the bar while watching a WNBA game. Food was HELLA good! I couldn't finish everything. That's the ONLY reason why I gave it a 4 out 5.

Recently came into mid tap when I was visiting Baton Rouge for work, And had a great experience and great service from Scott. Tremendous bartender and seems like an even more tremendous person! Would definitely come back!

Love this place. Recently discovered MidTap and have kept coming back. The staff are awesome and never have been disappointed with their food. Their bartender Scott also makes the best old fashioned.
