Our waitress made MANY mistakes. Food was over cooked. They tried to charge us for THEIR mistakes. We had asked for 1 bottle of wine and 4 glasses. They brought 4 glasses of wine. So when we specified we asked for a bottle they then brought a bottle and tried to charge us for 2 bottles! Their manager then tried to come to the rescue of his waitress who made the mistake. Instead of making sure his customers were accommodated. They are such a crappy restaurant with slow and poor service they really needed every extra buck they could swindle off of us.....$32 on a $500+ ticket. Desperate......Very unimpressed do NOT recommend this restaurant AT ALL

I had the broiled seafood platter and it was excellent. Great option if you want to try different dishes. It had more than enough to split with someone else.

One of our go to restaurants in Baton Rouge and we always bring visiting friends and family here for great quality Cajun food. In my opinion they have the best traditional chargrilled oysters in BR (if you like garlic). You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Friday and Saturday night can have a considerable wait time. Service is good and quick.

Always fantastic food. Consistently consistent. I've never had a bad meal in 40 years. Great oysters gaspard! Great fried whole catfish and lightly fried oysters. Great homemade tartar sauce and salad dressings.

Attended a wedding reception and the food was exceptional! The staff Holly and Lindsay were great and accommodating! Thank you so much Mr. Anderson for great food, ambiance, and great service! You are needed in Nashville Sir😁!

The oysters were small way too much stuffing in them you had to hunt to see the oysters. Won't go back. Wasn't worth the eighty bucks for 2 dozen should have sent them back and left

I had a party of 18 and not once over the phone was it discussed about the “mandatory” celebration menu. The manager Michael P was absolutely no help to us. He could not give us a good explanation as to why we were forced to this menu. Our server was excellent to us. We also had to put a $100 deposit and it can ONLY be used if our bill totals $100 or more. I highly recommend going some where else if you want to eat with a party.

This is a restaurant that's been in business for fifty years. For individual small chain that should tell ya they are good. Very large menue selection. The three of us had no complaints on the quality of the food. Service was quick and friendly. Try one of the Louisiana favorites.
