Monjunis use to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants in town. The portions were huge and the quality of the food was top notch. That was then, now you definitely don't get what you pay for in my opinion, and the quality of the food is definitely not as good as it once was. It still has a charming decor and the staff is top notch so those are pluses. It's an option for Italian in BR, just wouldn't be my first option.

The waiter was first class. The place was clean and nicely decorated. But I am here to eat food. First brought out was red gravy with toast.The gravy was unusual in taste. Too much of something in it. Maybe oregano ,whatever it was over powerful. I can not say I tasted garlic. I spent $22 for shrimp fettichinee. 6 shrimp and pasta ammount that was that of a pancake. Pasta is cheap,why so little? The salad was extra small. Not far from looking like a coffe cup saucer.Very little Ceaser dressing to. Mainly tasted like lettuce. I paid $22 for that and it was on the lunch menu. I left hungary. There was one other table there. I do not know if they ran out of food but the lunch was sorry. It reminded me of a child's plate. Never again. If you like that red gravy you never had a good one. I have eaten ate The Village And Eurpoes back in the day ,no comparison. I suggest Gino's if you like this place. Then your will taste the difference and not leave hungry. Gilbert Campagna

we’ve been many times and enjoyed it but this week food at lunch was very old, hard noodles, sour taste. soda was also not drinkable. my thirteen year old grandson who is typically hungry could not eat or drink anything. big disappointment. .

It looks nice inside but it is overpriced in my opinion and didn't care for the flavor of some of the food. Not saying the food is bad was just different to me.

The atmosphere was super fun but the food was not great. The red sauce is super sweet to the point that I sent my food back and my husband only ate a few bites of his. If sweet Italian food is your thing, you’ll love this place., other than that, the wine was the best thing we ordered.

I rarely ever leave reviews on anything, good or bad. I'll make an exception for this though. The local olive gardens pasta taste better than this junk. This is coming from my 3 other family members as well and the shrimp I had on my pasta tasted off. They were not good. I never not finish my shrimp when ordered from just about anywhere. Welp there is a first for everything I suppose. Not worth 25-35 for their dishes at all it's sub par. Best thing we got were the bread sticks.

This pasta, which $25 for a basic alfredo (overpriced as is) is so bland. A Great Value jar of sauce would have more flavor. Butter has more flavor. I'm confused as to how this has absolutely no flavor. How can something so be made to be so bland? White bread has more kick than this.
Genuinely never get any pasta here. My family apparently loves some of the food, and suggested we try. We were all disappointed. Save your money. I regret spending it on this

My company is on Major Menus so the vendor for today was Monjus. Presentation was awful. The food for lunch was over $20 for chicken Alfredo and side salad. Food was cold disgusting. Pasta tasted like old plastic! Then came in small Styrofoam containers.

Outstanding the environment amazing the decor is amazing the food is top notch served burning hot fresh wonderful service beautiful music I can only say amazing things about this place this place should be on a wait every weekend and it's worth the wait truly!

From the outside this looked like a bit of a dive but the staff was very friendly, the decor was kitschy but cute, and the food was very tasty. Went here with a teen and a tween boy and everyone left happy. I would eat here again.

Amazing! Best sauce I have ever had. Highly recommend. If you're in town for one night this is the place to go.
