Outstanding the environment amazing the decor is amazing the food is top notch served burning hot fresh wonderful service beautiful music I can only say amazing things about this place this place should be on a wait every weekend and it's worth the wait truly!

From the outside this looked like a bit of a dive but the staff was very friendly, the decor was kitschy but cute, and the food was very tasty. Went here with a teen and a tween boy and everyone left happy. I would eat here again.

Amazing! Best sauce I have ever had. Highly recommend. If you're in town for one night this is the place to go.

Having lived in NY for 35 years, I acquired a taste for authentic Italian food. Which is hard to find here in Louisiana.

Seen this place on a Google Search and my first impression was “Mom & Pop”. Which any good Italian restaurant in NY is. “Mom and pop” in NY, means made with love, family cooking. It is a term of endearment.

That first impression was dead on! I knew I was in the right place when the Olive Oil and Vinegar for the bead as at the table waiting on me! And they have Cannoli’s !!!!

I had the Lasagna, which came in the largest portion I have had here Louisiana. We also had a Sicilian Flat Bread, which was awesome.

Yep, this is a NY style “Mom and Pop”, but one with a Louisiana flavor!

Yeah, you need to go here!!!!

Dried out old sauce and hard as a rock meatballs and the sauce is so sweet so much sugar 🤮

Thanks! I really appreciate my lunch being destroyed while being delivered. This isn’t a third party service. Monjuni staff delivers this to our office. The ENTIRE cup of marinara was dumped out and in the plastic bag, and the food was all destroyed and slung to one side of the box. Definitely won’t be ordering overpriced delivery that looks like it was thrown from the vehicle again. I’ll add pics to the comments since I don’t have the option to add pics in this review.

Server India was great, nice atmosphere. Food is bland & flavorless.

The service and vibes were great but the food here is just awful, bordering on inedible.

Monjunis never disappoints! Their lasagna is a comforting classic, and the Italian margarita is the perfect pairing. Tonight, we ventured into the fried lasagna appetizer, and it was simply divine!

Found this lil gem one night on our way to the Texas club the meatballs were amazing and the wife and I shared a lasagna plate then had a turtle cheesecake and almond cream pie. We will definitely be back!

I thought the food was going to be so good with all the awesome things I've heard about it. I just did not like the taste of the spaghetti sauce at all. The fettuccine was bland with absolutely no flavor, the shrimp were disgusting and I will never be back there

When I tell you I've never been to an Italian restaurant, but to go here for the first time they set the bar really hight. The authentic Italian cuisine, the family feel ( mainly because of atmosphere and how everyone greets you) and so romantic. I've been back twice and this is my new spot. I would say more but I don't want to have to start making reservations to get in... Lol
