I was greeted by everyone when I walked in. Charline was my cashier she’s very nice and helped me with my free burger redemption. I also bought a burger as well. My burger is always fresh and this time I ordered with extra toppings, I always order the vegetarian burger and I enjoy it every time. They wear their gloves and are clean jashira made my burger with extra topping as I asked and it was sooooo good and fulfilling. The manager on duty Travis was nice as well he cooked and I asked him for everyone’s name so I can do a review I appreciate the sweet hospitality and great customer service

Only this location has a tattooed Caucasian chick that with a piss poor attitude. Even my kids picked up on the bad energy. She changed up after a checked her but Nah, I'm good on that location. Blubonnet is more welcoming. Hopefully this location screens the people before they cut them loose on the public.

Everything was broken, the sprite was just straight up soda without flavor, and the only taste the burger had was burnt.

Frustrating. You can at least let the customer know that you’re charging them for a drink after they requested a water cup. I had price total in my mind and came out of there with $34 for two hamburgers since I was charged for a combo. I ended up getting tea since I was charged for something I didn’t want. Communication and listening are lost now days.

It was my first time. Clean tables to eat at, the three people working greeted me when I walked in. I’m going meatless so I asked about those options. After the lady explained things to me I got the vegetarian with the potato bun it was very good and they made it fresh THEY WEAR GLOVES!! I LOVE THAT!! and I ordered the sweet potato fries with the hot honey sauce and that was interesting I used some of my hot honey dip for my burger and my fries it was good. I am full and I am happy and satisfied I asked the workers for their names and wanted to give appreciation for taking the time to make my food and with it being fresh and I’m grateful for my first visit thank you Alta, Dwayne, and William

Waited atleast 8 min in line to order with 2 people ahead. Finally ordered at 2:25 pm. Cashier did not greet well and forgot my drinks. I had to stand at the counter, wait and ask for cups. Received 2 meals at 2:46 but didn’t have my child’s meal and shake. I told the cashier that ran the food twice about the shake. I overheard the manager telling the cook to prepare the meal. Issues with people ordering via door dash etc just from observing. Store says to customers there is some disconnect. Crew members pulling on pants with same gloves or accessing register for orders and also preparing food. Received kids order and shake at 2:49 by cook member they was very nice and kind. No one actively cleaned the dining area. Napkins and number signs left on vacant tables. Store manager also had her boyfriend or male friend there. She seemed more focused on him for a while. He left and came back. Not sure what was going on, but when you’re working you should focus your energy on customers in my opinion. Not the same as it was when this location first opened. Will not be returning. I wish I didn’t spent $46.38 on this meal. Expensive and did not exceed expectations.

My first experience dining-in at Mooyah was a great one; the food was so fresh and tasty. I ordered a classic combo and customized my burger to have bacon, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato and fresh avocado slices...YUM!! All of the ingredients on my burger were super fresh and flavorful! The potato bun was so soft and fresh, the burger patty was juicy and flavorful and the bacon was cooked to perfection as well. I ordered the sweet potato fries without seasoning and ? they were so light and fresh; they tasted like lightly crisped clouds of sweet potatoes ☺️. Best sweet potato fries ever! 10/10 for sure✨️?

Great place for a burger in Baton Rouge! The beef is high quality, the buns are extraordinary, and the sweet potato fries are crispy. It’s a simple counter order setup, but the lady who took my order was very nice and the service was quick. It’s my 2nd visit, both of which have been great. I highly recommend.

Order was take out so I can’t speak of service & atmosphere. My order was the black bean burger combo. Burger is probably one of the worst I’ve had. The relish is overwhelming. The black bean patty could’ve been cooked a little longer. Visiting from mobile, AL so was intrigued to try the “best burger” in BR but was very disappointed but I am from MS and know what great burgers taste like both (vegan & nonvegan )so it may be much better to someone that hasn’t tasted a great burger. Bun flavor was pretty good obviously buttered and toasted but I didn’t order a bun to eat I ordered a burger. Sweet tea is good.
