I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, service, atmosphere, and food is poor quality for the price.Business owners should have location deep clean, mold on vents and air conditioning units.Didn’t feel I was treated equally compared to other customer!Very disappointed investing money into this location!

Upon arrival there was one other customer eating, the remainder of the restaurant was empty. Through our time (an hour) being there two other tables arrived with a total of 3 additional people. The waitress was more concerned with sitting down and eating than tending to customers. Of the 3 people sitting at my table, we all had empty cups and we're never offered more drinks or refills. After asking for utensils and soy sauce when ordering, we had to go to another table to get chopsticks and soy sauce after our food had arrived. There was no attentiveness to the quality or consistency of food we ordered. We got two miso soups which were good, as well as a salmon roll, tuna roll and Nagoya sashimi plate. The salmon and tuna rolls took roughly 15-20 minutes to arrive at our table which normally would not be an issue at a sushi restaurant, however the sushi chef prepared the waitress/kitchen staff food prior to ours and at this time there were no other customers yet. These two rolls were very inconsistent in terms of the amount of fish used, which was very minimal, they were mostly rice. Between the rolls and sashimi the fish did not taste fresh, and did not live up to the amount charged for it. The wasabi had no taste to it, only a gritty consistency. The staff were in the dining area constantly talking about a problem customer with a to-go order, which is extremely unprofessional. Also, we informed the waitress that we never received the salad that was supposed to come with our Nagoya sashimi plate, but at this point we had been there an hour and did not wish to wait more time for it. It was not removed from our ticket, and we ended up leaving without it. After an hour, we had spent $60 and left still feeling hungry. Would not recommend dining in or taking out from this restaurant. Service, food quality, and atmosphere were all horrible.
Food is better than most...always treated well just blah for the money spent...but I do visit from time to time!

I paid $32 for shrimp, steak, and chicken hibachi. Reason is was expensive is I got extra shrimp and chicken... so I thought. Got more vegitables than anything. Do not go here, they care more about money than they do the customer.... will never go here again.

Very expensive place for sushi tbh, Asahi has better pricing down the street.Overall, if you’re in the area for a quick bite for lunch, their lunch combos are okay,Besides that, if you’re stopping for dinner expect $60-70 for 2Vegetarian options: Make sure you let the chef know.Dietary restrictions: Make sure you express your dietary restrictions to your server & chef.
Super tasty bento boxes here. Great for a quick lunch time meal. Service is courteous & quick.

The food isn't worth the price, but where else are you going to eat in Central when you're tired of Los Palmas? Employees EXPECT a tip even on take out.
We love this place! The sushi is amazing and the place is clean and quiet. It has become our date night go to. And the prices are reasonable.

Never, ever order from Nagoya in Central. We ordered a hibachi salmon dinner. There was 3 cups of rice, 3 pieces of broccoli and 2 ounces of salmon. I called to complain and the manager said no one else complained about this, why are you?
