Food is great. Hit or miss with service, nothing bad they just seem miserable to be there, never happy or smiling.

The smoked salmon cream cheese sounds amazing, too bad they won't make it here. Three times I've tried ordering it! Shame on me for having any hope but they would claim they just didn't have any made currently, but this final visit has made it clear that they're not going to make any and never had any plans to make any.

Hope you didn't order online, you're not getting a refund very easily.

I have not been to a new York Bagel in years. I seen it pop up when I was seeing what I wanted for lunch. The club new York, add honey mustard, pickle, onion and paper jack chesse!!! Was delicious!!! Loaded down on a croissant, lightly toasted. The workers were so nice! Actually had a conversation and thanked me for coming in today.
I will be back!!!

This is a really nice place! You would not think so given it's in a car dealership. That's why I could really only give it 4 stars for the atmosphere.

But I've been there several times at different times of day, and I've gotten consistently good service. I came in a few days ago before closing, and the food was still fresh. Also, everyone is so friendly! The service is great, and I'd definitely recommend this spot.

Horrible service. We showed up at 5pm and stood in line for 10 minutes before someone showed up. They then told us they already shut down the food an hour before they close to "prepare for closing". Will never go back to this location.

Excellent place with friendly staff to grab a quick bite to eat. Food is very tasty.

Vegetarian options: There's a veggie sandwich with egg, cheese, avocado, spinach and tomato. You can also get a custom sandwich with what you like. But there's not many options at all.

Parking: Parking is hit or miss but there's always several spots right outside.

Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair button for the door, but it's not raised and employees can open it for you.

Ordered for my daughter’s basketball team and had a total of 21 bagel sandwiches, cream cheese spread and chocolate chip cookies and they all loved it! Sandwiches were fresh and delicious! The sweet girl working helped me load my car and was very nice. 5 ⭐️’s

I ordered food from here several times and every time, they were either out of bagels, out of chips, or they were on a break. Someone please help this location! You're food and service is amazing everywhere else, why don't you care about this location?!

I had my food delivered. Unfortunately the manager forgot to give my dasher half of my order all while I’m at work and can’t leave. (That’s why I door dashed it) when I called she apologized and offered a refund. So I gave my food to someone in the office and just didn’t eat lunch. I won’t be ordering from this one again. This has been a repetitive situation at this location.

Used to love eating here as a kid, since moving back I’ve had horrible experiences. Drove over 20 minutes multiple times just to eat there and both times they didn’t offer grilled bagels or pizza. The pizza is what I’ve been craving !! Needless to say I won’t attempt to get that delicious pizza ever again. (Can’t speak about other locations, this one in particular is where I tried to go!)

For years I used to buy bagels for my office once a week from this location. This morning I go in and the person working is on her phone, sees me, and runs to the back. I wait 10 mins and hear the door close going out side. As I give up, I walk out side and she is still on her phone. I ask if she is "working" she tells yes and continues to talk on the phone. Horrible customer service. Plenty other options. won't be going back.
