Good place to get authentic Chinese food in Baton Rouge. Coming from Seattle it’s not the same however it’s one of the few places you can get these type of dishes. A little bit oily for the noodles and I wish the hand cut noodles were a bit more chewy and thicker. Overall good flavor and taste, I’d come back.
Our server Jozeph was great, he was funny, quick and, made Some great recommendations. The food was awesome! Pork dumplings good and the boa buns We’re extra soft and flavorful. Grateful to have handpulled noodles in Baton Rouge! I was so excited to try this authentic Chinese noodle spot. We received the cucumber dish, but was surprised to see it was peeled, and the cucumbers were soggy from being premade. When made fresh, it can be quick and absolutely delicious. My dish was yummy and authentically made noodles and beef broth, but my partner’s was a tomato-based soup was not authentic and had short-cuts to make it a more tomato in flavor when simple...
