Love this place went these past 2 days , yesterday my utensils was left out I had to turn around today I purchased a combo and did recieve my drink ! Could turn around because I was on my lunch ! Love the food however ,check for everything before leaving drive thru

I was passing through heading home to new orleans i tried to give baton rouge the benefit of the doubt but come on na this is terrible potatoe salad has no flavor gumbo is just a bowl of watery grease🤮

Had Off the Hook for the first time this evening at the new Lafayette location.
Ordered off the App and picked up inside.
Everything was FANTASTIC!!
The only downside, they forgot to include the sauces but that’s minor!
The portions are very generous!
We will definitely be going back, often!!

I was excited to go to off the hook when I was a DoorDasher I would say I can’t wait to come here on my own and I did. I got the red beans and rice. Good flavor no sausage but good flavor the shrimp and fries and the hush puppy that is one great hush puppy the catfish Acadian Everybody calls it differently, but it’s almost the same a better rice you had good Louisiana style catfish on top with crawfish Étouffée But to my surprise when I started eating it, I found cheese in it and I’m like what the hell Cheese don’t go into everything damIt It takes away the flavor of everything it overpowers the crawfish it overpowers The catfish it gives a different taste of bitterness in your mouth now literally I’m having to throw this away because it’s nasty cheese. Don’t go on everything, especially if you’re making a Louisiana dish with catfish and crawfish cheese don’t go on everything dammit.
