Amazing food!! Amazing customer service!! We had the leg quarters, the ribs, the Cole slaw, the potato salad, Mac & cheese & beans, wow!!! The meat is so filling of flavor and perfect!! Don’t get me started on how amazing the Mac & cheese, and beans are!!!! Hats off!! Thumbs up!!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Went and Tried Offset for the First time today and y’all’s food was amazing! I honestly can’t stop thinking about it. lol 😂 I got the Brisket and pork belly plate with beans and Mac and cheese and everything was so good! You could tell it was homemade. My mom got the Turkey and said it was very flavorful and tender. I will definitely be back. I’m so happy to have such a good BBQ place in town.

Hands down the best bbq brisket I’ve ever had. I took a chance and ordered 5-6 lbs of brisket for a party. I had never had bbq from Offset before but I did some research beforehand. Y’all! This is some awesome bbq! I’m extremely picky out bbq and this is some of the best I’ve had, including mine. Everyone at the party raved about it and all said they will never cook it themselves again. I was hoping for alot of left overs but that didn’t happen. I also got some baked beans which were good and firm, not mushy. You can tell these are fresh and not from a can. The armadillo eggs were delicious too. Next time I will order more.

Ribs: The ribs are well smoked, nicely seasoned and quite tender. I would prefer a bit more chew, the ribs are truly fall off the bone but for me, I prefer a bit more chew and firmness of mouth feel but they are really good. UPDATE BELOW.
Update on the ribs on my second trip. This is embarrassing but they were awful! The ribs seemed like they were cooked the day before and left in the warmer. Not sure why they would sell something like this. Consistency is the key to GOOD BBQ and I have NOT found it here. If you order anything to go, check it for quality before you leave so you don't have this experience. Crusty meat is what it was!!!!! RIBS - 2.1 updated rating.
Turkey: The turkey is smokey, peppery and oh so tender. I really like the turkey a LOT the chew tenderness and that pepper makes for a really great bite, you will NOT be disappointed. 9.2
Brisket: I received a mixture of Flat and point. The brisket is really tender, very smokey and lightly seasoned. The brisket I had was a bit dry, I like to eat my brisket standalone without the need for Sauce but in this case, the sauce was needed to add moisture and more flavor to the brisket. Not my favorite but pretty good.
7.8 Sausage: I received a mixture of sausage: Original - really good I can’t say much more than that on the pros side. Really well seasoned, smokey and a great snap so it holds together well. I would like a bit more fat in the sausage to provide a bit more moisture and flavor but these were very good. 8.8
Jalapeño Sausage - WOW!!!!! This is right up my alley. Great casing, spicy, moist, just the right amount of cheese and just AWESOME! They may be a bit to spicy for some but for anyone that likes the spice, these are GREAT!!!!! 9.9
Wow! This is one of the best brisket I’ve ever had. I didn’t think Baton Rouge could have a real BBQ restaurant, but I stand corrected. Offset is 100% legit the real deal.
Ordered the brisket plate with Mac and cheese and collard greens. The brisket was tender and moist and the bbq sauce was spot on, sweet and spicy, just like a good Tejas bbq sauce! And the Mac and cheese was to die for! I seriously thought I was in Texas for a moment! If only food could warp you into another state.
I also tried the cookie butter banana pie and good lord, I need an entire pie pronto ? Seriously though that needs to be added to the menu, please? It was heavenly!

We have been multiple times and the BBQ is great. My go to is the ribs, I personally like more of a pull however the flavor is spot on. Today was tried the jalapeño sausage which was very flavorful. Today they had a cookie butter pie...it was fantastic, I did not share with my husband.

I ordered a chicken plate. The chicken is so huge and under seasoned. The chicken was also undercooked. The skin was so hard and you couldn’t even detach it from the meat. I also had a side of potato salad and beans. They were okay.
