Offset Smoker did not miss! The whole Thanksgiving turkey was amazing. It was so flavorful, and the clear heating instructions made it super easy. My family also enjoyed the jalapeno sausage. We’re looking forward to going back and trying other menu items. Highly recommend!
First time trying and I was impressed by the meats that are seasoned and tender well!! The Mac and cheese taste like they were made with Kraft Mac and cheese and collard greens had no taste whatsoever but, everything else was delicious I will definitely come back to try something else something else on they menu cause I don’t live on that side of town anymore
Best BBQ in Baton Rouge! Owner is very friendly and offered a free pork belly sample after I ordered the brisket plate with a side of ribs.
Meat didn’t require any BBQ sauce. Tender, juicy, good fat ratio, fall off the bone ribs. The pork belly sample was decadent.
Went back the following day to try more sides and the turkey and pulled pork. Delicious! Highly recommend, especially if you’re tired of the lack of quality and consistency...
