Atmosphere not welcoming at all was also first time there. Ordered to go food at the bar Bartender didn’t engage with me until ticket was paid for(ticket was almost $100). Also the bartender went to get fellow teammates and they were all just standing there staring at me for like 5 minutes once i noticed. Also called to speak with manager tone was so very insincere. Felt completely uncomfortable afterwards

If you haven’t been here yet, you need to go!! The Veal Piccata is outstandingly delicious as is the absolutely delightful salad with artichoke hearts, red onions, olives and house salad. Our server, Hunter, did a great job. Couldn’t have asked for better service. And the cheese cake with Carmel was the BEST!
The restaurant itself is appealing, too, with checked tablecloths, with servers dressed in bow ties and red jackets. Nice ambience. Going back soon! 😋

Tonight we went to Palermo‘s for my husband‘s birthday. It was amazing to experience. Our server was so attentive. The food was amazing. The overall service was superb. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone as an excellent fine dining experience.❤️

I hate to leave a less than stellar review but this was not the best experience I have had at this restaurant. Usually excellent food and service. Tonight, not so much. They need to look up Marsala recipe. While not a bad dish, it wasn’t Marsala. And service was extremely slow. The manager roamed around the restaurant and had to have known how long we waited but never checked on us. Our server was very nice but was helpless to get our food any faster. Hopefully just an off night.

It was my first visit, and I was not disappointed. The starter bread was soft, hot with a tasty olive oil and seasoning sauce. We had the snapper and the 3 had made/stuffed pasta shells. Will be going back to explore the menu further.

I went here for Mother’s Day and I loved EVERYTHING. I feel like I’ve been Disappointed lately with food and service I’ve been getting at restaurants and I did not feel like that about this place. The service was great, thank you, Ryan. The food was hot and delicious. I didn’t have to wait long. The restaurant was clean and nice 10 out of 10 I will be going back !

Another GREAT meal at Palermo’s. As a Sicilian, I love to cook Italian at home but this place never disappoints. The Caprese salad was bright w juicy tomatoes and a great balsamic, eggplant and Italian sausage was spot on and we finished w Red Snapper in a buerre blanc. Yummy. Don’t pass up a chance to check them

Great food & great service!! We had the artichokes, carbonara, veal Milanese, Palermo salad, & the stuffed shells. My favorite was the carbonara!!! Highly recommend for a cute casual Italian dinner.

Bread was outstanding! Over ate. Shrimp fettuccine and Stuffed shells were very good. Look forward to going back for other options. Nice atmosphere too.
