I got a plate and they got 2 of the 3 things wrong.

Portion is way too little. They need to provide the portion according to the size of the box.
Horrible service and long extended wait times
There’s always this one woman with a attitude if I see her I avoid going tbh and choose somewhere else but other then that the food was delicious !!
Got food poisoning. Fire orange chicken though
A 4 minute wait turned into a 40 minute wait. My food was cold by the time the other thing came out. No respect for time. Malichi was nice about it but the cooks ignored him when he asked about my food status

Although the reviews show that there are large portions. It’s not worth experiencing the famous “orange chicken” while biting into fat or grissle. A long w the Teriyaki and Kung Pai chicken. Ate a bite of each and couldn’t eat the rest. Horrible taste. After this experience makes me want to not order any Chinese for a while. Don’t settle for this place.

I visit Panda Express on college drive in Baton Rouge immediately after church and the devil met me their, customer service was poor with management standing right there. Food is cold most of the time anyways . Shrimp was not ready, and their attitudes expressed a stink face . Horrible experience to go through I must find me a better restaurant with Similar menu just better service. Me and my family was about to spend over $100 For services that expressed their interest in our business, they put food back into bowls after o decided not to purchase. I WAS visiting panda at least 3 times a week, now I won’t go back after this visit and will tell all my friends I referred just what happened.
The managers laugh at the customers, they downsized their portions and raised the price and the customers arent smart enough to notice from what managers have said .
Usually when I order teriyaki chicken it comes win sauce on the side. It wasn’t in the bag. I think if people wait in line for 15+ minutes, their order should at least be correct.
Worker was rude
They stopped making their own teriyaki sauce and now give you a premade sauce packet it has a odd aftertaste. Not as good as when they make it fresh in the restaurant..such a shame
