“I order online and always pick it up.
For ME a good pizza by BR standards has to have a chewy bread crust, ALOT of cheese, a nice portion of the meat, some veggies, and cooked well done. The other pizzeria's could never get it right no matter how often I tried to correct it. Never enough cheese, normally a light crust, and thin. IMO the other's Pizzas are Underwhelming.
Now I do have to push every cheese and every extra cheese button on the order screen and ask for it to be well done, but they do get it right every time. Everyone is friendly even when it is a little crazy inside. Thanks“
“Had a group of 50 highschoolers complete a community service project. They asked for Papa John's pizza as their prize! I called several and two locations were so rude and not willing to help. I called this location FIRST try...Eric Collins was so HELPFUL and EFFICIENT. I hope someone gives this man a raise. He made the transaction effortless, smooth, and top notch customer service. Eric if you read this you just made one mom so proud that you care about students and the schools in our parish. I appreciate you more than you know! Staff was all friendly and the person in charge, Shawn did me a solid by putting my pizza in front of a 30 pizza order so I wouldn't have to wait so long. The pizza had that perfect balance—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with toppings just the way I like it. The garlic sauce was amazing as always, and everything tasted like it was made with real care. Even the workers were friendly, patient, and made sure the order was exactly right. “This Perkins location is just as good as the Lee Drive store. Service was excellent, pizza came out quick, hot, and delicious. I ordered shortly before closing and the staff was still friendly and courteous when I arrived. One of the best take out experiences I've ever had. Definitely will be using them again.“
