So displeased about their service here, just really a disappointment. My partner ordered food for us from here not too long ago. Long story short our food never arrived, however following she was bounced around between DoorDash support & papa John’s manager. Understandably it’s not the store’s fault on the delivery but not issuing the refund and then deleting the review is insulting.Gaslighting & losing a customer’s isn’t worth $20; also I don’t want anyone else from the team to reach out, we’ll count our losses. THANKS

I continue to try this papa johns. And pizza is normally really good. But this is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad delivery. First the whole wrong order was delivered. 2nd the driver was high and now tonight the pizza was left outside, no knock on the door or notice that it was here.

Food was wrong employees were outside doing God knows what.seen the guy making the pizzas spreading the tomato sauce with his bare hands. Cashier looked and talked like he was high from coming from outside to get my order
I don't know what happened to this location. My orders have been messed up or incorrect especially since Mr Don haven't had any involvement. He made sure my order was hot and fresh. If they were out of a product he made sure to find an adequate replacement. There was only one mess up but it wasn't bad I just don't eat anchovies. Everyone else don't care. I hope have a good job somewhere in a corporate office. I was even offered a promo free pizza for the mess up and it wasn't even valid nor would they take it over the phone.
