Tasted way off with odd taste . The pizza cutting was sloppy and lazy and not even cut all the way. And the wings didn't taste done all the way n maybe had a baby spoon of Buffalo sauce on them. This location is very unprofessional. Especially the African American woman with dreads. She charged someoneâs card 3 times. Would not take his larger bill . Also got into a heated argument with a door dasher stating that she can hold any orders she wants. I understand that this is a predominantly black area but, can we please get better quality people to work for this location.

i placed an order ONLINE and my total was $29.86 i paid in cash and the website says that drives carry a maximum of $20 on them. I had exactly $40.86 which means i needed $11 in change the driver then told me that they are âNOTâallowed to carry money on them âat allâ and didnât have the change to give me and just walked away. i called this location to see if there was anyway i could be accommodated for this and the first thing the person who answers the phone said was âthey ainât got nothing to do with us, our drivers are from doordash not our personal storeâ which was completely unbeknownst to me because i assumed all pizza places had there OWN drivers . so thereâs no way for me to get my money back from the store nor the âdasherâ so iâve literally spent 40 bucks on a medium with a 6 piece wing. this is absolutely ridiculous .

I placed a ONLINE order through papa johnâs website as my expected delivery time was reached i contacted the listed delivery driver for a update and come to find out someone else recieved my food⊠now i know this may be a occuring issued but isnât as a establishment youâre supposed to VERIFY and in that case papa johns failed to do so and when I contacted them they said i need to take it up with doordash and get them to cancel and/or reorder. So once I contacted the listed and asked for doordash # and she provided i called and got them to replace the orded. called the dasher back and she saw it went there for pick up and then it was excuses mentioning something w/ the pay to eventually then saying that they were close?! it appears as if they were ready to get out of there and lacked the understanding that it was THEIR fault for allowing a stranger to walk out with someones food w/o verifying their a dasher and once i took their advice on replacing all a sudden itâs âthey are closedâ as if they arenât already aware of the issue. Itâs a no for me and i hate that they couldnât right their wrong and iâm very irritated and disappointed cause i definitely looked forward into eating papa johns tonight.

The 2 guys couldâve had the decency to ask what my order was or anything!! But no they said they couldnât stop the pizza making process and the young chick went outside to do whatever! Kinda see why I havenât ordered from here in years! Nevertheless it was ones first day.
