I literally watched this older lasy stop doing her job today to walk out and fuss at a customer for parking in the wrong place. Then proceeded to go back to her pizza duties and completely ignore the woman as she stood at the counter. No smile, no hello, no how are you, no how can I help you, no we will be right with you.... Nothing ..... And then the order I was picking up took foreverrrrrrrr. Hands down the worst papa John's in BR and it's such a shame that it's in such a prominent area.

Never had any problems here. Pizza is always Hot & Fresh I say give them a try if you’re in the area. I know others may have had problems but not me yet

Ordered: Garlic baby chicken wings bone in and Garlic Parmesan Bread ? sticks! 1.Customer Service: across the board was excellent!! ????? 2.They were the tiniest little bird wings I have ever seen!!?????. What in the heck did y’all do…. Cut them up while they were newborns??? 3. Breadsticks were just ok!!? 4. Taste: the taste was HORRIBLE!! ! I feel sick ? ? shivers?????? 5. and last but certainly not least the price was astronomical for chicken tinies and burned dough!! Please change those recipes ????

Placed an order.....they doubled it. Tried to call to fix the problem or cancel and got hung up on 5 times. Please close this location as they have no customer service. I tried using them again after poor service a while back and I see nothing changed.

Usually I'm very pleased with this location. But not this time. Not at all. I asked for light Alfredo sauce on my very expensive pizza and they drenched it so much that the toppings slid off. And you know that's never a happy time. I got a free Doritos papadia and at the risk of sounding ungrateful... this thing looks hideous... and tastes like a mouthful of ranch dressing and barely cooked white onions. At least I didn't pay for it cuz that was atrocious. But the most sad moment of the night came when I opened the final box. The highly anticipated dessert. I ordered the Oreo stuffed bites and got completely ripped off. They're so tiny!! Definitely not worth the money at all. So disappointed. That one dish could have changed my mind about posting such low stars but they failed me and left me devastated. The only reason I gave two stars instead of just one was because the other Papadia I ordered was good. It was a basic meatball and pepperoni event. Hard to mess that up. I will be giving them another chance since they agreed to remake my order of the Oreo bites and also a replacement Papadia of my choice. Cuz yeah... I invoked the inner Karen. Am I embarrassed? No.. not really. They should have been better the first time.
