Blane is a flicker of hope in the vast and dark mire of horrendous customer service. He prioritizes properly, graciously accommodates, seeks understanding and is a multitasking beast. Regional manager, consider yourselves fortunate.

I did take out this time and it was ready when I picked it up and my pizza and wings were fantastic. Their delivery at this location is very fast also. All around great store.Vegetarian options: Vegi pizzas, breadsticks, cheese sticks and sweet treats.Dietary restrictions: Vegi pizzas and gluten free crust.Kid-friendliness: Great menu items that kids will love.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and lobby

The pizza was hot, and the order was correct. I had to ask for my receipt and was told that there was no pen in the entire store for me to sign the receipt. When a tip is an option on a receipt, a business should always offer the customer their receipt and a pen, but particularly their receipt. Costumers, don't ever leave the tip area blank.

Let's talk about employment with Papa John's at this location; as a parent you intrust your child with a company and you expect management to be leaders but instead your child comes home with sadness and frustration because instead of the manager's training him so that he can become adequate employee;they sit to the side and discuss and talk about things that should not be discussed by Management on the clock. So maybe if they will focus on the pizzas instead of talking about things and people in a very unprofessional way; maybe they could actually get the pizza right! ?

I ordered the honey chipotle boneless wings. I might as well should've ordered the unsauced wings because these had very little sauce. I will definitely check my food if I ever order from this location again. The papa John's at 2333 Chippewa Street always cover their wings with sauce and then some so shout out to them for not cheating their customers. ??

I ordered a pizza 10 mins before closing time (midnight). Tor gave me a call to let me know he was making my pizza, even if it meant he’d be staying late to get the job done. He did a great job and took care of my order & had a great attitude when I arrived, despite the fact that it was the end of his shift & he was staying late to take care of it, and that meant a lot.

Usually I'm very pleased with this location. But not this time. Not at all. I asked for light Alfredo sauce on my very expensive pizza and they drenched it so much that the toppings slid off. And you know that's never a happy time. I got a free Doritos papadia and at the risk of sounding ungrateful... this thing looks hideous... and tastes like a mouthful of ranch dressing and barely cooked white onions. At least I didn't pay for it cuz that was atrocious. But the most sad moment of the night came when I opened the final box. The highly anticipated dessert. I ordered the Oreo stuffed bites and got completely ripped off. They're so tiny!! Definitely not worth the money at all. So disappointed. That one dish could have changed my mind about posting such low stars but they failed me and left me devastated. The only reason I gave two stars instead of just one was because the other Papadia I ordered was good. It was a basic meatball and pepperoni event. Hard to mess that up. I will be giving them another chance since they agreed to remake my order of the Oreo bites and also a replacement Papadia of my choice. Cuz yeah... I invoked the inner Karen. Am I embarrassed? No.. not really. They should have been better the first time.

Clean, Polite, Prompt... I mean it was an unexpected Easter Pizza. We really appreciated them even being open. Kids liked the food. The wings were good, but a lil saucy.
