Had a group of 50 highschoolers complete a community service project. They asked for Papa John's pizza as their prize! I called several and two locations were so rude and not willing to help. I called this location FIRST try...Eric Collins was so HELPFUL and EFFICIENT. I hope someone gives this man a raise. He made the transaction effortless, smooth, and top notch customer service. Eric if you read this you just made one mom so proud that you care about students and the schools in our parish. I appreciate you more than you know! Great job Papa Johns, great job Eric Collins- leadership starts at the top and you sir are definitely a valued team player and asset!

Julio helped me today and heās the only reason I gave 2 stars. Heās been the most helpful person Iāve talked to at a pizza place. However, our pizza was not good. They really are. The dough is so soft and weird, Iāve had frozen pizzas better than that. We donāt eat cheese and only got a 2 topping pizza and when I asked that they were satisfied with the way my pizza looked before being boxed, he said it was dressed the way it was suppose too. Well one piece had one onion slice. Thanks for the help but Iām extremely disappointed. Itās hard enough no one caters to plant based people but this is embarrassingā¦

I was at this location to pick up an order, it took them an hour to give me a pizza, they told me twice that they were remaking it, people came and went with their orders and I was still sitting there waiting, finally they gave me the drinks but they said they were cutting the pizza. , I waited another while and got the pizza, I do not recommend this place, it is always the same, they take too long to place an order.
Ordered a Starry 2-litter soda today, 4/21/2024. The one delivered to me had an expiration date of 4/15/2024. The soda that the person delivered to me expired almost a week ago.
