Definitely in need of reorganization and training. Good smells as you enter. I was part of a group which seemed to have enough staff to handle but fell short of excellence. Couldn't remember whose drinks and food was for whom. Also gave sides to wrong people. One order was understood incorrectly and when the server repeated order it was in a hurry and not able to hear or interpret clearly. So one order was incorrect. The manager was awesome in making it right. Thank you. Food was fresh but quite short on the flavor of PFChangs. I will go back and try again. Until next time...

My husband and I went there last night at around 9 pm. There were probably 10 customers all together. We were seated right away but our server didn't come until after 15 minutes but we didn't mind because he was nice anyway . We ordered 4 different food on the menu, one being my take out which is the Pad Thai. We finished all the food and went home with the Pad Thai. My mom ate some of the Pad Thai the same night and the next day she told me it doesn't have any taste. I ate it just now and holy cow it doesn't have any taste. I think whoever cooked it, forgot to put the key ingredient or was in a hurry because they're closing. Please don't do this again, we paid and we tipped very well. I know it's just $20 for the Pad Thai but still it's $20 wasted. 😥 We have ate here several times and I have ordered Pad Thai all the time because it's good. This is the first time I didn't get to eat it at the restaurant.

First the food all came out at the same time to the point we have to pack up our food to make room for the next dish. Also there were so many fruit flies that the were getting into our food and my sister actually had one fly into her nose while she tried to eat. It was her birthday and she was looking forward to it. The server was very nice and patient. But the cleaning in that resturant needs work if the fruit flies were that bad in the fall and the kitchen needs to learn how to time orders better. If the server is going to take the entire order at the same time for menu items like the dinner for 2 special where everything is ordered together the kitchen should keep thar in mind. I am sure they don't appreciate going to a resturant ordering soup and five minutes later getting the appetizer and before you can try the app you are getting your dinner. We wont be going back but I hope they resolve the issues for future customers so they dont lose more.

I ordered the Mongolian with tofu, but they served meat instead. I’ve been a vegetarian for over ten years, this was extremely upsetting. On top of that, the roll I ordered never arrived. When I contacted the restaurant, they refused to take responsibility or replace the dish, just blamed Uber. Even if it’s through Uber Eats, a restaurant should care about its customers. Very disappointing! never ordering here again.

We were really impressed with the P.F. Chang’s Restaurant. The interior is nicely done, pretty yet very casual. The food is also very good, sort of Americanized Chinese cuisine. My teriyaki beef on rice was very tasty. Our server was friendly and very attentive and the dessert was delicious.

I love their lo mein and fried rice. I always get the vegetarian lettuce wraps and beef with broccoli. The portion sizes are so big that you can feed your family for 2 days on the leftovers.
