This is one of the best Pho places in town. The staff is friendly and speedy, the Pho is hot and inviting. I highly recommend the rare steak pho, with an appetizer of shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and bottle of Soju. You will not regret it. The atmosphere is nice and contemporary and seating is very open and you don't feel crowded.

Ordered pick up of Grilled Chicken and Eggroll vermicelli,Pho with seafood, and Pho with rare steak. The serving sizes are quite a bit for one person so sharing is encouraged unless you like to have the left over for a second meal. The meats were good quality and the vegetables were fresh and crispy. I recommend you try some Pho 97 today.

Bon bo hue was found to be unique amongst a uniform dish at other restaurants. The flavor of the obviously home made pork balls (i could be wrong) set the dish apart. The service and ambience were 5 star. I was kind of disappointed they were out of thai tea but no L's taken.
In my experience, this is the closest thing to going to an actual restaurant in Viet Nam in Baton Rouge.
Beginning with the name, it's pretty common for restaurants in Viet Nam to have a number in the name.
The atmosphere is also like the real thing in that there's colorful lighting and style. Other American Vietnamese restaurants tend to just be four walls.
And of course, the food is good too. My Vietnamese wife likes it. 🍜🇺🇸🇻🇳
Vegetarian options: I had to special order my vegetarian meal, but it was no big deal. I don't recall the menu having vegetarian entrées, but it's still doable.
Parking: I've seen large families with several tables pushed together, so they are accommodating to large groups.
There's also a smaller room along the front for a more intimate experience.

Go to Tiger PHO! Nicer family and workers to Military war vet! No MILITARY discount, Tiger PHO down the road does and great food.
The food is amazing but so called management needs improvements. I asked to talk to owners and was given runaround. I wanted to suggest a veteran discount. I order alot of take home orders due to my kids get sick and was hoping they cared as I order a lot. It was when a self claimed young manager started to delay setting up a meeting with owner. So hence I will send all my and military friends to TIGER PHO!!!!
