I've only gotten pho 97 through take out, but when I say 👏 every 👏 single 👏 time 👏 I have ordered it is always exactly what I wanted and more than expected. Just from TAKE OUT/PICK UP alone !! Everything is always meticulously placed and fresh! Like they pick the basil and cilantro out of a garden to order. I really appreciate them and the atmosphere when I do come is beautiful. Food quality was terrible, my sushi was not fresh. Restaurant environment also seems very toxic, the owners yell at their employees and treat them terribly! Would not recommend!

Ive been to almost all the places Pho can be had in Baton Rouge area. Pho97 just knocked it out of the park on this day of Aug 16, 2025. Broth was on point, as well as all the meat. All other ingredients were very fresh. I wish i could rate the service and atmosphere but i ordered in, but as for thier Pho (House Special) It was very very good
